In the field of modern competitive sports,action mode(Movement pattern)is regarded as the cornerstone of competitive training and is considered as one of the key factors in competitive ability.The special action mode is also a new angle of study on the special load characteristics,based on the classical technique movement and sports skill research,the paper explores the structure characteristic,load characteristic and influence mechanism of the special load from the function angle of action,and the result has greatly improved the athletic level.In recent years,the research method of special action mode has been widely used in the international high level rugby,football,basketball and other collective ball projects,but the volleyball project is rarely this aspect of the research report,the domestic is not involved in the special sports model of this research field.Therefore,this paper chooses the load of special action mode of volleyball project as the research object,this paper tries to explore the characteristics of special action mode's influence on lower limb load from the angle of the structure and load characteristic of volleyball special action mode,aiming at revealing the characteristic of volleyball special load,and providing the theoretical and practical guidance basis for special technical training,physical training and injury prevention.This paper first uses the literature research method to analyze the different professional interpretations of the concept of action pattern in the field of athletic sports,and defines the action mode as:To accomplish the specific action task,the body adopts the action realization way according to the neuromuscular coordination procedure required by the task.Special action mode refers to the action mode which is formed to meet the specific needs of sports special.Based on the research methods of the specific action modes of the football and basketball projects,this paper has determined the research idea of the lower limb load change law based on the special action pattern structure and the load characteristics,and the analysis of the movement pattern of jumping and shifting movement.The first part of this article chooses the young women volleyball and the adult female volleyball athlete who prepares for the national Games for the experiment object,takes the league.the tournament and the national Games as the basis.uses the ideo analysis method statistics to arrange the female volleyball project special action pattern structure characteristic.The study shows that the volleyball special action mode can be divided into touching ball.moving,jumping,squatting up four categories,the team in the non-final game(4 innings)to complete about 140 times the ball,move 550 times,jump 140 times,squat 820 times.Special Action mode has special position difference,the second transmission load accounted for 20%,followed by the main and main 16%,free People 13%,Middle blocker 10%.The competition load of the action mode was influenced by the aging factor,and the adult was significantly higher than the youth.This kind of action pattern structure explains the most basic of the movement mode of the volleyball project,especially the rationality and safety of the mobile mode,ignoring this feature is the main cause of the injury of the volleyball players with multiple knee joint strain.The second part uses the Accelerometer field measurement method,analyzes the special action pattern match load characteristic under the National Games preliminary condition,the refinement analyzes each spot the jump intensity and the quantity,the acceleration and the deceleration,the change direction and so on characteristic.The study found that:in the jump mode,the entire game per capita jump about 110 times,of which setter 85%for medium intensity jumps,85%for high intensity jump.middle blocker 60%for high intensity jumps,main 50%for high intensity jumps,main and middle blocker medium intensity jumps accounted for 30%.In the high strength Linear movement mode,the acceleration action is more than the deceleration action except the free person,among them the setter acceleration action occupies the ratio up to 700%.In the high intensity shift mode,only the left side of the setter and the pickup is more than the right direction,and there is no significant difference in the remaining position.In the high intensity action pattern repetition frequency(Rihe)aspect,the field must complete 20 times rounds,the average each turn at 4.5.intermittent restores time 4 minutes.In this study,the strength of jumping and moving intensity is statistically analyzed,and it is found that the high intensity action pattern of volleyball is similar to that of football and rugby,which shows that the volleyball project is also a high intensity sport,but has special specificity in the action mode.The action of the Special Action mode is up to 85%,and the influence on the lower extremity load is mainly on the Take-off,landing and three main aspects,and is affected by the intensity and gender factors.The third part uses the experiment analysis method.from the kinematics,the dynamics,and the nerve muscle coordination three aspects to discuss the special movement pattern to the lower limb load influence characteristic deeply.It is found that with the speed of run-up.the hip outreach of the foot touching the ground at the time of Take-off,knee flexion and outward movement,the ground reaction in the sagittal plane increased markedly,the knee movement of the foot touching the time of the hip outreach,flexion and outward movement,the ground reaction was significantly increased,45°to move to the foot of contact with the hip flexion and outreach,knee outreach angle,The ground reaction was significantly increased.There was significant gender difference in lower limb load in three kinds of special action,women tended to four-head muscle activation-oriented movement,while men were popliteal muscle activation-oriented.In addition,the approach speed significantly affected the knee and ankle joint activation ratio,with the speed of accelerated significantly improve the pre-activation stage of the femoral four head muscle,lateral gastrocnemius head activation level,after the activation stage femoral four head muscle,hamstring muscle,gastrocnemius lateral head,tibial anterior muscle activation level.The results show that the vertical movement pattern is affected by the exercise intensity,which shows the hip outreach.the horizontal movement patten of knee flexion and knees was changed by Cushing,hip and knee movement,and the level of lower limb muscle group was strengthened with the increase of exercise intensity.and the contribution of popliteal muscle and anterior tibial muscle was more obvious.Women are more dependent on four-head muscle activation to dominate the change movement than men.
