Structure And Development Mechanism Of Outdoor Sports Community From The Perspective Of Social Network

Outdoor sport is a general term for sports activities in which people interact with nature in a natural environment(or simulated natural environment).It includes: outdoor recreation activities such as mountaineering,hiking,cycling,camping,rowing,wildlife sightseeing;outdoor education activities such as outdoor skills training,school outdoor courses,youth outdoor camp activities;outdoor competition activities such as rock climbing,orientation,mountain outdoor sports,ski mountaineering;outdoor adventure activities such as high altitude climbing,no man's area crossing,caving,wilderness survival,natural rock climbing,ice climbing and so on.The outdoor sports community is a combination of common norms and default concord,which is developed and formed through a series of social interactions in the field of outdoor sports.This thesis studies the structure and development mechanism of outdoor sports community,in order to provide theoretical and practical basis for the positive operation and sustainable development of outdoor sports in China.This thesis takes China's outdoor sports community as the research object and focuses on exploring the structure and mechanism of different types of outdoor sports community.First of all,CITESPACE software is used to analyze visually the literature data and the expression form and field of outdoor sports is extracted from the connotation and development characteristics of outdoor sports.Secondly,questionnaire survey is adopted to investigate 580 outdoor sports professionals,in order to know status and characteristics of the outdoor sports community in China.Thirdly,using UCINET software,social network analysis is conducted on four different types of cases selected and identified to explore the structure of outdoor sports community.Finally,based on the previous research of theory and practice,this thesis proposes the idea of interactive outdoor sports community network platform,and the main conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)The social network structure of outdoor sports community is composed of leading figures,key personnel,professional backbone and participants in a certain interactive mode.Leaders and key personnel are at the core of the network,which radiate and coagulate the surrounding secondary elements.The professional backbones are in the semi-marginal position of the network,which play an important role in support and connection.The participants are at the edge of the network,which is the main body of the whole network.The high level outdoor sports community is the product of the perfect combination of social network structure and interactive mechanism.(2)The motivation of the members of the outdoor sports community is to love the outdoors;Friendship with common interests is the most important social relationship in the community;The scale gives first place to the small scale within 50 people.All these characteristics determine that the relationship among community members is the non-interest relationship and the interactive mode gives priority to small group interaction model,namely,outdoor sports community in China is a small group interaction model with shared outdoor fun.(3)Outdoor sports community consists of four types: outdoor recreation community,outdoor education community,outdoor competition community and outdoor adventure community in China.The social network structure and interaction mechanism of different types of community have obvious differences.The outdoor recreation community and the outdoor adventure community are wheeled structures dominated by core figures.Outdoor education community is a full-channel structure dominated by multiple core figures.Outdoor competition community is a multi-wheeled structure with hierarchical characteristics.Each outdoor sports community should pay attention to its composition nature,common norms and development stages,and especially focus on the fit between them.(4)The development mechanism of outdoor sports community based on social netw ork,which is taking the common norms of outdoor sports community as the core of s ustainable development,taking the social network structure and interactive mode of t he outdoor sports community as the key to the positive development,in which gives f ull play to the behavior subject,that is,the role of the members of community in the network structure,and finally forms an organic connection by using operation mecha nism such as management,guarantee,evaluation and feedback.(5)The idea of “interactive network platform of outdoor sports community”,which provides a path for the harmonious development of outdoor sports community in China in terms of system and mechanism.In the development process of outdoor sports community,the idea of cultivating and organizing work is clarified,and the intangible community is transformed into the tangible community,which makes it more effective.The suggestions are as follows:(1)To summarize and conclude the common norms of outdoor sports community.(2)To optimize rationally the social network structure and interactive mechanism of outdoor sports community.(3)To emphasize the role of outdoor sports community members in network structure.(4)To optimize and implement the construction of interactive outdoor sports community network platform.(5)The outdoor sports community should explore the theory of social network and interactive mechanism,and combine with the common norms of outdoor sports community.
