Investigation And Analysis Of The Implementation Of Outdoor Rescue In Mountain Areas Of Four Girls Mountain Region

The The gradual improvement of the material standard of living and the gradual improvement of the public transport system have increased the willingness and interest of people to travel outdoors.Mountain outdoor sports have become very popular in recent years.However,due to the high requirements for professionalism and outbound travel equipment for mountain outdoor sports,the accident rate of mountain outdoor sports increased sharply.According to inaccurate statistics from the Mountaineering Outdoor Sports Accident Research Team of the China Mountaineering Association,there were 311 accidents in 2016.Compared with 2015,the total number of accidents increased by 122,and the growth rate was 64.5%.These figures show the number of deaths in mountaineering and outdoor sports over the years.The overall number of people missing and the number of missing persons are on the rise and should be given full attention.In particular,for areas with well-known mountainous landscapes,more emphasis should be placed on strengthening governance and supervision,elevating the local level of safety education and publicity,improving the tourism project experience system,and doing appropriate mountain outdoor sports safety assistance measures.Sichuan Four Girls Mountain is one of China's ten most famous climbing mountaineers,and enjoys the reputation of “Eastern Shengshan,an outdoor paradise” both at home and abroad.The unique location advantage combined with its unique natural landscape advantage has enabled Four Girls Mountain to quadruple the number of visitors since 2009.While the number of tourists is increasing,the rate of accidents at the “hill of the mountain” at Four Girls Mountain is also increasing year by year.Therefore,it is necessary.Strengthen the analysis of the status quo of outdoor rescue in the Four Girls Mountains area,find out countermeasures,increase the level of outdoor rescue in the mountains,reduce the incidence of accidents,and promote the healthy development of mountain outdoor sports.Based on the typical "hill-hard" accidents in the Four Girls Mountain area,this paper uses the methods of literature data,expert interviews,field surveys,and case analysis methods to study the implementation of outdoor rescue operations in the Four Girls Mountain area.The outdoor sports data of the mountain and the actual data of outdoor rescues have reached the following conclusions: First,the mountain outdoor rescue agency in the Four Girls Mountain area has basically been formed,has a certain scale and organizational framework,internal management is relatively standardized and orderly,and it does have organization,The ability to implement outdoor rescue in the mountains;Second,there is a certain lack of professionalism and efficiency in mountain outdoor rescue in the Four Girls Mountain area,and it needs to be improved in many ways.Based on the typical "hill-hard" accidents in the Four Girls Mountain area,this paper used literature methods,expert interviews,field surveys,and case analysis methods to study the implementation of outdoor rescue operations in the Four Girls Mountain area.According to the mountain outdoor sports data and actual outdoor rescue data,the following conclusions have been drawn: The mountain outdoor rescue agency in the Four Girls Mountain area has basically taken shape.It has a certain scale and organizational framework.The internal management is relatively standard and orderly,and it does have the organization and implementation of mountainous regions.The ability to rescue outside,but there are deficiencies in the professionalism of the rescue.Through the analysis and research on the current status of mountain outdoor rescue in the Four Girls Mountain area,we have come up with the following development countermeasures and suggestions for outdoor mountain rescue: First,we should establish and improve the decision-making,driving force,innovation,coordination,and guarantee of outdoor rescue in the Four Girls Mountain area.The second is to establish a multi-dimensional mechanism in which the three main bodies of tourists,rescuers,and managers work together to help rescue,improve the efficiency of outdoor rescue in the mountains,and shorten the rescue time.Third,establish the Four Girls Mountain area.The Regional Mountain Rescue Committee facilitates the timely handling of various emergencies and the quickest organization of outdoor rescue workers.Fourth,it develops mountain rescue insurance and provides strong financial support for mountain outdoor rescue agencies in the Four Girls Mountain area.Fifth,helicopter rescue is established.Service model to achieve the modernization of mountain outdoor rescue.
