In order to promote the training level of our country woman Race Walking project to be scientific.This study takes the training arrangement of women's Race Walking athletes who prepare for Rio Olympics as the research object,with the method of expert interview,testing and analysis,tracking observation and case studies as major methodologies,this thesis has researched on the training cycle,content,methods of training,and load of training in preparation for Rio Olympic Games.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The whole year under the two-cycle arrangement mode,the training load is developed smoothly and orderly through the small period of the small block training.(2)The training of Chinese Race Walkers has always focus on special aerobic endurance throughout the year,attach importance to technology and technical small strength,emphasize the development of aerobic capacity while improving technical ability.The strength training and speed training show the characteristics of periodic,with a large proportion in the early winter training and a small proportion in the summer training.Speed training is the opposite?The annual training content arrangement emphasis on aerobic endurance and strength endurance,and focuses on technical adjustment and improvement in the general preparation stage.The Special preparation stage improves mix endurance on the basis of developing the aerobic endurance,and attach importance to the establishment of technical dynamic design.The competition period focuses on the ability of aerobic and mixed endurance to be transformed into the competition,and attaches importance to the stable technical ability.(3)In the training schedules in preparation for Rio Olympic Games,the heavy load course is the core of training method,and the intensive class is the breakthrough,and the technical training emphasizes the development of physical fitness,systematization,and the coordinated development of technology and speed.Among th and Shi jie QIEYANG pay more attention to functional stre phasize the overall coordination ability for the technical training.Xiuzhi LYU emphasizes the strength of the lower limhs,and highl ights the correction technology on the basis of personal technical style.(4)According to the annual losd arrangement of Hong LIU and Shijie QIEYANG,the coach adhere accumulate moderate and low intensity load,focus on special aerobic capacity and through appropriate arrangement of big load intensity tc prompt the body to complete"stimulus-adaptation-again-adapation " prpcess,and gradually improve compoetitive ability.But according to the annual load arrangement of Xiuzhi LYU,the coach take the middle and low intensity aerobic training as the main body training content all the year round,winter training and tempprarily stage respectively focus on the devel opment basis of aerobic capacity and improve special aeorobic capacity,through the trai n i ng of high intensity on the basis of t the cumulative effect of great Ioad of low intensity,cause the body extraneous stimulus,and enhance the competitie ability.(5)In the training shedules in preparation for Rio Olympic Games,the three players pay more attention to the thi ckness of acrobic endurance,through arrange appropeiatw mixed endurance and anaerobic endurance ability training to im[rove aerobic endurance,that is,"lifting low-limit high-incrememt"overll characteristics.Before the plateau training,coaches paid more attention to the accumulation of aerobic capacity.During the plateau traning,emphasis was placed on the flatness of the plateau training,and the specific aerobic capacity losd was gradually increased step by step.Duri ng the pre-competition period,two weeks of tapering are scheduled to be adjusted.However,according to the change of load,the intensity of the annual load of Hong LIU and Shijie QIEYANG id at the core of a special aerobic capacity,emphasizing the long-torm quality of the high quality,the amount of heavy losds,the great intensity of the training,while Xiuzhi LYU showed the characteristic of the combination of "platform"and " ladder".
