According to the theory of speech-acts,discourse force is a kind of intention or power contained in "illocutionary act ",that is," illocutionary force" of utterance,which is a function of language.However,in verbal communication,the speaker always tries to produce a certain effect by the listener's approval of his intention to produce a certain effect.Therefore,it is very important to define and understand discourse force from the perspective of illocutionary acts.In this dimension,discourse force of situation and the policies education in colleges and universities refers to"perlocutionary force" of situation and the policies education in colleges and universities,which is characterized by the effect of utterance expression in situation and the policies education in colleges and universities.That is to say,in the process of educational verbal communication in the situation and policies education in colleges and universities,the educatee can make a positive reaction under the action of perlocutionary force,and make his state(cognition,emotion and behavior)change towards the expected utterance goal of educator,thus forming the current affairs cognition,policy identification and situation judgment.The discourse force of situation and policies education in colleges and universities is a form of expression of discourse power of situation and policies education in colleges and universities,but it highlights the explanatory power and persuasive power of the discourse itself,which takes effect in the way of "persuading people with reason,moving people with emotion".However,it should be protected by the discourse power in the education of situation and policies in colleges and universities.The discourse force of situation and policies education in colleges and universities is a kind of vector force,which has three elements:direction,magnitude and origin of discourse force,which refers to three aspects of the direction of the force of socialist core values,the educator's discourse illocutionary force strength and the educatee's utterance inferred strength,situation policies hot issues.Perlocutionary force of discourse of situation and the policies education in colleges and universities,which is based on the presupposition of discourse force and tendency of discourse force,mainly includes the explanatory power of discourse,infectivity of discourse,persuasiveness of discourse,attractiveness of discourse and guiding force of discourse.In situation and policies education discourse in colleges and universities,the explanatory power of discourse comes from the degree of"self-understanding" of the educator,the degree of interpretation the text meaning of"self-understanding" by using of multiple forms of discourse expression and the understanding degree of the educatee;the infectivity of discourse originates from the emotional expressive force of language specialization,namely "discourse temperature" effect;the persuasiveness of discourse depends on the power influence and non-power influence of educator(credibility);the attractiveness of discourse comes from the level of static and dynamic discourse of situation and the policies education in colleges and universities,which accords with the educatee's "vision expectation";the guiding force of discourse is mainly manifested by the decrease of the knowledge "potential difference" and the consistency of the inner thoughts between the educator and the educatee.Overall,the discourse power of situation and policies education in colleges and universities is mainly represented by the influences in discourse subject level,the logical strength and emotional power in discourse content level,the rational strength and perceptual power in discourse mode level and the contextual power in discourse context level.Under the background of globalization,informatization,networking and social transformation,the traditional discourse power of situation and policies education in colleges and universities is restricted by the lack of the subject of discourse,rejected by the diverse discourse object,eliminated by the various forms of discourse and contradicted by the pluralistic context.In this dilemma,to enhance the discourse power of situation and policies education in colleges and universities,,we should aim at promoting the all-round development of university students and strengthening the dominant power of Marxism discourse.On the one hand,discourse of"events,policies,situation"of "Situation and Policies" course teaching should be actively formed.On the basis of certain laws,rules and discourse objective,discourse of"events,policies,situation "of "Situation and Policies " course teaching is constructed by "events" discourse"policies" discourse and "situation" discourse in a certain combination way.The generation of discourse of "events,policies,situation"needs to undergo three stages:discourse integration,discourse transformation and discourse promotion.By"three intervals"of fact description-experience judgment-value clarifying,the logical structure of "fact-truth" of discourse of "events,policies,situation" is formed.Discourse of "events,policies,situation" has a certain frame of expression:Firstly,by the "past-present" narrative framework of "events" discourse(discourse on "current affairs"),teachers promote college students to form current affairs cognition;Secondly,by"real things-tools-evaluation" of the interpretation framework of "policies" discourse(discourse on "policies"),teachers promote college students to form policies identity;Thirdly,by "observation of existing states"-"future situation forecast"of the analysis framework of "situation" discourse(discourse on"situation"),teachers promote college students to form the scientific situation judgment.On the other hand,the dialogue paradigm of "Situation and Policies"course teaching should be actively constructed.On the basis of "multi tone polyphony",meaning of state of "fact-mood-truth" constructed,teachers and students can get a common understanding of facts and a common understanding of value.However,the construction of dialogue paradigm of "Situation and Policies"course teaching depends on the building of subjectivity of educators and educatees.The construction of the "dialogue" paradigm will help to change the situation of the loss of the subjectivity of situation and policies education in colleges and universities and the decline of the openness of discourse system of situation and policies education in colleges and universities.Therefore,it can solve the problem of discourse power of situation and policies education in colleges and universities from the root.
