Teachers’ teaching effectiveness is a major topic worthy of intensive research.It is a requirement for the world educational development.It is a challenge to the role recognition and teaching effectiveness of teachers in the perspective of multiculturalism.And it is the demand for the high education guaranteeing the quality of education.Its purpose is to improve and enhance the teaching effectiveness of teachers,promote the development of teachers’ teaching effectiveness,improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities,and realize the college students’ all-round development.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,ethnic education has played a crucial role in the coordinative development of China’s whole higher education system.As an important undertaker of ethnic higher education and ethnic work,ethnic colleges and universities adhere to the essence of universities,fulfill their goals and their special missions,so as to train and transport excellent talents for minority areas,which is not only the mission of ethnic education,but also the needs of ethnic education development since the founding of new China.Therefore,based on the background of improving the teaching quality in the universities for nationalities,this paper takes the teachers’ teaching effectiveness of the six universities for nationalities subordinated to the council of ethnic affairs as study subject.With the methods of literature,comparison,investigation,class study and method of statistics,combined with the theory of organizational behavior,multicultural theory and social cognitive theory,the thesis teases out coupling mechanism between multicultural education and teachers’ teaching effectiveness in the universities for nationalities,constructing the research model diagram for teachers’ teaching effectiveness,analyzing its current situation and then putting forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions.Among them,the theory of educational organization behavior is the prerequisite for the study of teaching effectiveness of teachers in Ethnic Colleges and universities,while the theory of multicultural education is the core content and the theory of social cognition is the running mode of it.Specifically,firstly,based on the theory of organizational behavior of education,the characteristics of teaching effectiveness of teachers in ethnic colleges and universities are understood,which are as follows:“acknowledging difference,respecting the difference,pluralistic integration”.Analyzing the law of behavior within the educational organization of ethnic colleges and universities and improving their effectiveness is the purpose of teaches’ teaching and management in the universities for nationalities through the scientific management process to teach correct learning.Secondly,based on the theory of multicultural education,coupling mechanism between multicultural education and teachers’ teaching effectiveness in the universities for nationalities is demonstrated.In the process of education and teaching organization in ethnic colleges and universities,the transformation of teachers’ role under the multicultural horizon is put forward under the transformation of cultural development,which are as follows: teacher’s knowledge,ability,skills and other characteristics that embody having ethnic multicultural knowledge content,respecting knowledge construction,integrating curriculum contents,reflecting cultural equity and reducing cultural bias.Finally,based on the theory of social cognition,under the multi-integrated education environment in ethnic colleges and universities,the teaching behavior of teachers is produced,and three-yuan pattern of social cognition on teachers’ teaching effectiveness in ethnic colleges and universities is formed,namely,individual cognition(Teacher Compentency),behavior(Classroom Management,Teaching Strategy)and environment(Teaching Environment and Incentive Guarantee).This paper is divided into 6 parts,including the introduction,related core concepts and theoretical basis,coupling mechanism between multicultural education and teachers’ teaching effectiveness in the universities for nationalities,empirical analysis of factors affecting the teachers’ teaching effectiveness in the universities for nationalities,present situation,existing problems and analysis of the causes of teachers’ teaching effectiveness in the universities for nationalities,and countermeasures.This article mainly focuses on the following three parts:Firstly,analyses the coupling mechanism of multiculturalism and national higher education,and constructs coupling paths between multiculture and teachers’ teaching effectiveness in Ethnic colleges and universities.The consistency and differences of multicultural education and ethnic higher education are discussed in-depth and analysed from the basic theory of multicultural education and ethnic higher education.The dialectical unity between them is fit as “acknowledging difference,respecting the difference,pluralistic integration”.From the perspective of global multiculturalism,the coupling mechanism between them is analyzed,which diversity and unity are born in the Chinese nation,multicultural and integration education is the trend and continues to develop in contemporary nations,culture and education promote each other and penetrate each other.The coupling path consists of two parts.Path one is campus culture construction in the universities for nationalities under the multicultural horizon.Path two,remodeling of teacher’s role from the multicultural horizon.Secondly,analysis of the key influencing factors of teachers’ teaching effectiveness in the universities for nationalities and the construction of the five-element model of teaching effectiveness.Based on the theory of educational organization behavior,multiculturalism and social cognitive theory including its measurement scale,combined with AMOS structural equation model,with the analyses of the results from questionnaires and the related effectiveness measurement scale,the paper brings forth five influencing factors about the teachers’ teaching effectiveness in the universities for nationalities,i.e.,teachers’ quality,classroom management,teaching strategy,teaching environment and teaching incentive guarantee.Moreover,according to verification and analysis of the feasibility and rationality of the key influencing factors with the help of the statistical analysis software SPSS23 and the structural equation model AMOS,this paper outlines the five-elements research model diagram of teachers’ teaching effectiveness in the universities for nationalities,which lays a solid foundation for the research of teachers’ teaching effectiveness in the universities for nationalities.Thirdly,analyses the state of teachers’ teaching effectiveness and gives some advice in ethnic universities and colleges.Overall,the current situation of teachers’ teaching effectiveness in the universities for nationalities is ordinary.Although it’s good in teachers’ teaching quality awareness and ability of classroom management,the teaching strategy application,teaching environment,teaching motivation and guarantee are not very good.The performance of teacher’s teaching effectiveness is related to the basic dimensions of nationality,age,teaching age,degree,title and the type of class.The degree of correlation varies according to the specific dimension.However,there is no correlation with some other basic dimensions,such as the teacher’s gender,type of courses and the position of the teacher.Based on the analysis of present situation of the teachers’ teaching effectiveness of and the characteristics of each dimension,it is found that there is a imbalance problem of three-dimension interaction in social cognition,including the three-element interactive individual cognitive imbalance,namely target cognitiveness imbalance and teaching attribution imbalance etc.;three-element interactive teaching behavior imbalance,namely classroom management and teaching strategies imbalance,the imperfect teaching operation mechanism;and three-element interactive environment imbalance,namely the teaching orientation imbalance of Ethnic universities and colleges,the workplace curing state,and teaching workload,and the teaching evaluation mechanism in the universities for nationalities.Therefore,the paper proposes that in the development teachers’ teaching effectiveness in the universities for nationalities,we should adhere to the aim and concept of national higher education development,follow the rules of national higher education,set up specific and scientific teaching orientation,build up a perfect teaching operation mechanism,cultivate teachers’ teaching professional quality and improve teachers’ teaching behavior effectiveness.In other words,the cultivation of teachers should be equipped with the knowledge,ability and attitude of teaching correct knowledge and correct teaching,so as to achieve the goal of improving the teachers’ teaching effectiveness and improve the overall teaching quality of the universities for nationalities.
