Since Ernest L.Boyer put forward the concept of "learning community" in his book which named "the basic school:a community of learning",the study of the learning community has been a hot spot in education.However,most of the studies regard students as "atoms" in the learning community,and teachers as the "hand of God" who should take students to groups and make them work as "molecule".There are two obvious problems with this idea:First,teachers are regarded as the only factor that can affect students.The truth is that,even in the classroom,the influence of external factors such as primary family,primary groups,network media and other external factors can influence students'consciousness and behavior.The second problem with this conception is that these studies ignore the differences between students.Not all students are able to develop strong relations with their teachers or even other students,and are therefore not part of a "learning community".Athrough the kneading of external forces,and eventually form a primary group with high emotional identity and deep cooperation,and the learning community" which does not form a primary group,is difficult to be identified as "learning community",because of the lack of strong emotional connections among members.With the advent of the network era,the communication between and among people is increasing easier.After the "Cross-Bridge of People by Cyber Learning Space",students can cross time-space communication,which makes the construction of the learning community more than simple offline communications,it involves a blending of simple offline and online communications.On the one hand,in such blending learning community,the teacher's absolute control of the students is truly broken down and students' freedom is obviously increased.On the other hand,the emotional joint intention of the students can be presented through the interaction in the cyber learning space,thus facilitating the teacher's symptomatic policy.In this process,the cyber learning space is a bridge and link between learners.The blended learning community based on cyber learning space is no longer a learning group in the past to realize the short-term learning cooperation of students in the teaching field.Members can build a long-term learning partnership of mutual dependence,co operation,continuous development and mutual learning scaffolding.From the macroscopic view,this provides a deep foundation for the construction of the learning society.From the middle point of view,it is an important content of the reform of the school teaching,and from the micro point of view,it is an effective means to promote the development of the individual.Whether it is to build a harmonious society,or to build a lifelong learning society,such a learning community it is of great significance.Based on the analysis of the relevant literature on the concept of a learning community,the learning community and the blended learning community may exist both at home and abroad.The research is based on the world-system theory of Immanuel Wallerstein,the collective action theory of Mancur Olson,the interaction ritual chains theory of Randall Collins,and the structuration theory of Anthony Giddens,the research also uses various methods from sociology and education to explain the socialization process of the learners' development.From the establishment,development,formation and maintenance of the emotional relationship,the dynamic development process of the construction of the blended learning community based on the cyber learning space is analyzed.The concept connotation,construction elements and construction process of the blended learning community based on cyber learning space are revealed,the construction strategy of the blended learning community based on the cyber learning space is put forward,and the interview case data are collected in practice to verify it.This study can be divided into four major parts.First,on the basis of the existing theories,the concept connotation of blended learning community based on cyber learning space is analyzed.The essence of the community is the strong relationship network system constructed by members.It has five importent characteristics:close connection,identity,feelings of security,communication expectation and common rules.The learning community is divided into three levels:micro,middle and macro.In the micro level,it is the primary group of strong-ties learning between individuals.From the middle level,it is a secondary group of strong-ties learning between individual and organization,this level can be divided into "ideal learning community" and "transformed learning community".And from the macro level,it is a strong-ties learning system of organizations.The micro level is the foundation,the middle level is the backbone,and the expansion from the middle level is the establishment of a learning community at the macro level.It is proposed that the future learning community must be the form of blended learning community under online promotion.And finally,the major part concerns the main form of communication and interaction,the aggregate model of the blended learning community members based on the cyber learning space is divided into two kinds.Second,in-depth analysis of the construction elements and construction process of the blended learning community are based on cyber learning space.There are three main constructional elements.The first is the learning situation,and it can be divided into the physical teaching space situation,the cyber learning space situation and the member learning relationship situation.The second is the identity subject,which is continuously produced in the common field of life.There are three possible identities in the blended learning community:the marginal members,the half core members and the core members.And the third is the learning resource,which includes the presupposition resources,the generative resources and the relational resources,among which the learners are promoted to the learners.It is the key to build learning community to gradually generate new relationship resources in the long term learning exchange and interaction.The blended learning community,based on cyber learning space,is built in the process of the continuous formation of the relationship resources among members.It can be divided into four overlapping,progressive,and common development processes.The first is the construction of the discourse community,which can be divided into four stages:"the appearance of conversational chance","the intention of discourse communication","remolding of the symbol system" and "the formation of the meaning of the words".The second is the construction of the practice community,which will experience "identity confirmation and role play" and"emotion" in the common practice.This involves three stages of "sense energy and meaning generation","focus convergence" and "action coordination".The third is the knowledge construction community,which includes the content of "the sharing of knowledge fragments","the co-construction of knowledge content" and "the common development of knowledge system".The fourth is the construction of the learning community,which is highlights the learners' cooperative learning under the learning cooperation and deep understanding under the role of the learners.Third,from the perspective of curriculum and teaching theory,the construction strategy of blended learning community based on cyber learning space is proposed.First,it is important to create related situations to achieve the generation of social roles in the teaching field,the sharing of learning situations and the reshaping of role status.This study suggests that educational institutions(such as education authorities),schools at all levels,public welfare organizations(such as libraries,museums,etc.),backbone enterprises,etc.,can form a regional education group based on cyber learning space,construct a macro level learning community,and promote the data collection platform,resource sharing platform and simulation model.In the integration of the platforms is integrated,the public service platform of education management and the public service platform of educational resources are built to realize the co-construction,sharing and sharing of education and teaching resources in the region.Teachers can create situations in the field or virtual way according to the needs of teaching.The second is the problem research orientation.Through the problems that can lead to cognitive imbalance,learning emotion,empathy and interaction,the consciousness focus of initial members can be realized,and the best learning partner of collective action depends on the cyber learning space.The third is the interactive practice teaching,combining the teaching entity space with the cyber learning space to organize mixed teaching in order to promote common practice,guide learning through the design teaching,and promote learning cooperation by the division of labor in the project.The fourth is team cooperation.This study emphasizes that teamwork in the learning community is not only for the present but also for the future.The purpose of team cooperation is not to verify the existing conclusions,but to explore new knowledge and acquire new skills on the basis of knowledge.In this process,the accumulation of emotional energy,the habit formation of the system structure and the continuous reengineering of the learning organization can be realized so as to support and advance the growth of the members.Finally,through the common practice of constructing blended learning community,collating and analyzing the interview materials,the research conclusions are verified.The students in two higher vocational colleges,S and A,were selected as the empirical research objects,and the process of forming a mixed learning community with the teachers during the period of two students is analyzed with their life experiences.It is divided into four stages.The first is the stage of individual loss and reshaping,in which the learners have become the individuals in the field of teaching from the confused individual consciousness in this stage to the identity construction in the practice.The second is the formation stage of the learning partner relationship,in which the learners interact with others in the teaching field to realize the deep expansion of the relationship from the field of learning to other fields.The third is the ability stage with collective action.By participating in the ritual,the learners develop the shared symbols with the collective members,form a relationship network with each other,gather emotional energy,realize the expansion of the group,and produce radiation effects on the marginal participants of learning.The fourth stage is to construct the symbiotic ecological system,in which the members begin to have a convergence behavior paradigm,pursuit similar values,experience common emotional support,and achieve multiple life development.At the end,the mixed learning community has been formed,and through the continuous reconstruction in the follow-up action,it can be sustained and develop further.This study suggests that in the course of teaching,the key influence is often not the knowledge itself,but the relationship resources that are constantly formed outside the presupposition resources and the generative resources.The construction of the learning community is mainly based on the mutual trust of each other,and the long-term common practice under this kind of trust to form a common belief and vision for the future.Therefore,it is not the end of learning,and its construction process should be regarded as the process of continuous learning and development by members on the original basis of other partners as learning scaffolding.The construction of a blended learning community based on cyber learning space must fully use the cyber learning space to record the learners' past learning experience,learning preferences,learning habits and other advantages,and gradually build a stronger relationship between individual and other people's future learning cooperation.This strong relationship,coupled with learning culture,will significantly improve the effectiveness of learning and change the future trajectory of learners.
