Nathaniel Hawthorn, the founder of behavioral science, mentioned and studied informal groups in the Hawthorn experiment, and society began to pay more and more attention to informal groups.Since the German scholar Ferdinad Tonnies put forward the sociological concept of "community" in 1887,many scholars around the world have gradually applied the concept of "community" to education.Based on the literature research, this paper takes the teachers of XX School in Shenzhen as the research object. The results show that teachers think there are several or more informal groups in the school;the communication between teachers and their close colleagues is frequent;teachers and their close colleagues often help each other in their relationship. After having an overall understanding of the school,a typical informal group which has the nature of teachers' learning community is selected as a case study. The results show that this informal group affirms that teachers have emotional needs, and this group has a certain supporting effect on Teachers' emotions. The members communicate frequently with each other, and the members influence each other greatly.Through the analysis and summary of the above two parts,we can provide feasible strategies for teachers and schools in the support of the teachers' emotion.First of all, from the perspective of teacher learning community,we find the existence of the informal group which has the nature of teacher learning community.Through further research, some characteristics of the informal group are summarized. The main link is that the members have the similar interest and pursuit. The group has the characteristic of weaker organizaiton. There are teachers' leaders in the group, and the internal interaction and contact of the members in such informal group are closer.Secondly,it discusses the current situation of teachers' emotional management and support. The emotional problems of teachers are classified into five basic types. Then from the causes of teachers' emotional problems, combined with the professional characteristics of teachers, the paper analyzes the three causes. In this process,we find some characteristics of teachers' emotional needs, such as the source of teachers' own happiness, teachers' strong desire to communicat with the members in the informal groups, and the inclination to seek help in the informal groups when facing emotional problems.Third,in the investigation of the informal group which has the nature of teachers' learning community,it discusses the effect of teachers' emotional support by alleviating negative emotion and promoting positive emotion. Then,it discusses the two ways of teachers' emotional support in practical work. One is to encourage each other directly. The other is to achieve emotional support indirectly through active mutual assistance. Finally, through the above research,it puts forward some feasible suggestions to the teachers themselves,to the teachers' learning community,to the teachers' informal groups and to the school management.
