From the perspective of ideological and political education,how the relationship between knowledge and virtue is defined in contemporary Chinese context?What differences can be induced about the mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue in different cultural contexts of the China and Western countries?What are differences of thinking about,grasping and handling this mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue in China and Western countries?What is the reason for forming the different way of thinking?Can we use the mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue as concept and category to sort out and deal with the history and logic of ideological and political education?These issues are hot-debated in recent Chinese academic circle.This study begins with the relationship between knowledge and virtue education and the significance of the mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue in different Chinese and Western contexts and makes a comparative study of ways of thinking about the relationship between knowledge and virtue in Chinese and Western education so as to determine the contemporary standards of mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue in the view of ideological and political education.In the first part of the dissertation,the intellectual history changes of Western and Chinese thinkers about knowledge and virtue and their relations were first analyzed.The investigation of the intellectual history of knowledge,virtue,and their relations lay an intellectual history basis for the further study of the internal mechanism of mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue.Based on the first part,the second part of the dissertation gives a theoretical explanation to the principle of the mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue,and then determines the theoretical support for the effective fusion and interaction of knowledge and virtue.Specifically speaking,first of all,it explains the direction of knowledge and explores the significance of knowledge in order to provide academic foundation for virtue.Secondly,through the virtue pointed by the meaning of knowledge,the loss of virtue in the process of knowledge education is analyzed,and based on the determination of the nature of virtue,the intrinsic relationship between knowledge and virtue is sorted out.Finally,through the clear explanation of the relationship between knowledge and virtue,the principle of the mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue is deeply analyzed.Knowledge is the carrier of virtue:knowledge provides possibility for the cultivation of virtue;Virtue is the soul of knowledge:Virtue provides direction for the use of knowledge;The clarity in the relationship between knowledge and virtue:To determine the standards of the principle of the mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue.The third part of the dissertation,through the investigation of the intellectual history and the principle of the mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue,examines and reflects on the issue of the mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue and determines the dimensions from the perspective of ideological and political education.First of all,the issue of the mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue is sorted out and analysized from the perspective of ideological and political education and clarify the problem situation,problem manifestation and cause of the problem;Secondly,the issue is reflected on from the perspective of ideological and political education.The intellectual history basis of this issue is analysized,besides this issue is also analysized from the perspective of ideological and political education in the era of globalization.In the end,the dimensions of this issue from the perspective of ideological and political education are determined and the contextual analysis,contradiction analysis and direction analysis are carried out.The fourth part of the paper is based on the analysis of the previous three chapters,and tries to solve the problem of the mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue in the view of ideological and political education and makes sure the basis and grounds with the existing analysis.First of all,it points out the solving strategy of knowledge education in the view of ideological and political education,and then puts forward the basic ideas and the transformation of asking from the perspective of knowledge education to solve the problem.Secondly,it clarifies the solution tactics of virtue education from the perspective of ideological and political education,and points out the interactive direction of knowledge and virtue aiming at the integrity of human beings and the wholeness of life.Finally,it clarifies the basis and grounds of the mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue from the perspective of ideological and political education,and then provides the logical basis and theoretical grounds for the further study of the theoretical mechanism and practical mechanism of the ideological and political education.The fifth part of the paper,based on the above explanations of the principle,the issue and the solving strategy of the mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue,analyzes in depth the theoretical mechanism and practical mechanism of the mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue under the perspective of ideological and political education.Firstly,it analyzes the internal mechanism and determines the basis and logical premise of the internal mechanism.Secondly,the principle and value orientation of the the mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue under the horizon of ideological and political education are clarified.Finally,it analyzes the practical mechanism and points out the interaction between education reform and the practical mechanism of the mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue in the era of globalization,and sorts out the relationship between the multiple value appeals and the mutual transformation between knowledge and virtue.
