The Research Of Trust Mechanism Of University Ideological And Political Education During The Social Transformation Period

The university Ideological and political education as an important part of the ideological and political work plays a irreplaceable role in firm students’political belief, correct their political orientation and foster their high moral character. But in the new century and new stage,with new situation and new problems emerge, the university Ideological and political education is faced with multiple difficulties from itself and the external which will resulting in a decline in the credibility of the university’s ideological and political education.The current ineffective and low evaluation of university’s ideological and political education can mainly due to the increasing mistrust of ideological and political education.The trust mechanism of university ideological and political education is to discuss what are the factors that affect college students belive ideological and political education, and how to establish and form a relationship of trust.This not only relates to the effectiveness of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, more about each college students’ ideological and political quality’s enhancement.Based on the investigation into the present situation of university ideological and political education trust,in this paper we mainly analyzes the factors that may affect college students belive in our ideological and political education,and discussed what trust mechanism of university ideological and political education. This article is divided into four parts:The first part is introduction,expounds the research background; research status and research significance of this article, parsing and define related concepts.The second part is analysis of present situation,mainly made statistical analysis of the questionnaire and pointed out the resulting conflicts.The third part is the analysis of the causes of mistrust in university’s ideological and political education,across three dimensions:the environment, the ideological and political education itself and educator and educatee.The fourth part is about how to building the trust mechanism of university ideological and political education. In this section,first emphasized the significance of the trust to ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and than discussed operating system and building the countermeasures of the trust mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
