Theoretical Thought And Exploration Of Practical Mechanism Of Basicunits-oriented Employment Of College Graduates

With the establishment and development of socialist market economy, the employment form has got the characters as"market-oriented, government regulation, school recommendation, and two-way choice". With the fast popularization of higher education, the number of college graduates is rising every year, until the planed time"eleven five-years plane"it will be more than 6.32 million. Nation and local government can not solve this problem alone. The problem of college graduates employment is more and more prominence, and it has become an important practical problem which concerns with the people's livelihood.I applied field trips, questionnaire survey and other ways which combined quantization materialization to analyze the theoretical thinking of current situation of college graduate working in basic units. We should guide the college graduates to work in basic units correctly in terms of determination of social consciousness by social being, all-round development of human being and putting the people first. On the other hand, starting form the practical mechanism of basic units-oriented employment, I presented several solutions to college graduates work in basic units in terms of motivation, operational, coordination, excitation and protection mechanisms. And theoretical thought and exploration of practical mechanism of basic units-oriented employment of college graduates in our nation have rarely been involved.On the basis of shaping up the heretical thought and exploration of practical mechanism of basic units-oriented employment of college graduates, I analyzed the problem and factors existing in college graduates working in basic units dialectically, and presented the conception of as working in basic units and hope it will make a significant contribution to the college graduate employment.
