Research On Social Support System Of National Sports Service For The Elderly

Population aging,as an important feature of China's social development for a long time to come,will have a comprehensive,profound and lasting impact on China's economic and social development.Sports,as a convenient,economical and effective way of coping with the aging population and an ideal way to maintain physical and mental health of the elderly,will certainly play an important role in the process of social development in China.However,the contradiction between the increasing demand of sports service for the aged and the relatively insufficient supply of sports service for the aged in China is still prominent.Therefore,how to take the sports needs of the elderly as the guidance,promote the supply-side structural reform,establish and improve the social support system of sports services for the elderly,so as to make up for the "shortcoming" of sports services for the elderly,and meet the sports service needs of the elderly,has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in the current social development.This study using the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other research methods,combined with the concrete practice of the elderly sports development in our country,the integrated use of sociology,management,social psychology,demagogy,sports science and life science and other multi-disciplinary knowledge,analysis our country the elderly sports demand present situation and the elderly sports social support services,draw lessons from foreign successful experience,based on China's national conditions,constructed the elderly community sports service support system in our country,and put forward the our country the implementation of the elderly community sports service support system.This paper is divided into eight parts.Part1 puts forward the background,research purpose and significance of this topic,summarizes and analyzes the literature at homeand abroad,clarifies the research idea,technical route and research method,and puts forward the innovation of the research.Part 2 first defines the research object and the core concept.The aged are defined as people aged 60 or above.The elderly sports service refers to all kinds of sports products and sports services that the aged need in the process of sports participation,which to some extent has the attribute of quasi-public goods.Social support refers to the behavior of supporting the sports development of the elderly.The social support subjects of this paper include formal support such as government,community,non-governmental organizations,and informal social support such as individual,family,neighborhood,friend and volunteer.Secondly,it explains the connotation and main contents of the three theories of aging,charm quality and cooperative governance that are to be used in this study.Part 3 is about the development course of China's sports policies for the elderly since the reform and opening up.According to the research,China's sports policy for the elderly has experienced four stages: the initial stage(1978-1991),the exploration stage(1992-1998),the development stage(1999-2010)and the deepening stage(2011-present).The main features of the evolution of sports policies for the elderly in China are the expanding scope of the formulation subject,the more specific content and the increasingly diversified social support subjects.Part 4 mainly analyzes the present situation and demand of physical activity of the elderly in China.Based on the sample of 2,153 elderly people in Hunan province,the paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the basic situation of elderly people participating in sports activities,the status quo of elderly people's sports activities and the needs of elderly people.The basic information of elderly people's sports activities and needs is obtained through the questionnaire survey.On this basis,based on the analysis of charm quality theory and Kano model,the demand level of sports service for the elderly in Hunan province was analyzed,and the demand level of the elderly was clarified.On the basis of the fourth part,Chapter 5 analyzes the dilemma of social support for the sports service of the elderly in China,aiming to enhance the awareness of the problem of the research,further clarifies the subject of this study--the existing problems of social support for the sports service of the elderly,and proposes a targeted "target" for the following research.The research suggests that the social support dilemma of China's elderly sports service lies in: the "incapability" of the formal social support subjects and the "incapability" of the informal social support subjects.Lack of sports facilities,low efficiency of resource allocation,the absence of information resources,promoting service consciousness,promote insufficient physique monitoring,popularity is slightly low,sports talent cultivation gradually standard,but the lack of macro design and management,focuses on sports events,the activity type single,weak social sports organization,community management professional is not strong;Support single form,emphasis on one-way guidance,light two-way interaction.Part 6 analyzes the social support of senior sports service in the United States,Germany,Australia and Japan.According to the research,the above countries show the following characteristics: focusing on multi-subjects to promote the construction of sports service system for the elderly;The government issued policies and regulations to guarantee the construction of sports service system for the elderly;Emphasizing the provision of sports services to the elderly through the community;Sports instructors and volunteers play an important role;Pay attention to the coordination of sports and medical and health sectors.Due to the different sports management systems,economic development level,cultural traditions,aging degree and the concept of managing aging in different countries,different countries show different characteristics.Part 7 determine the five basic concept on the basis of the specific problems: build system based on the goal of healthy aging and activeaging,based on the theory of collaborative governance,based on the government "steering" combined with social "paddle",based on the demand of the elderly sports service guide,based on the old sports service based on community development train of thought.The social support system for the elderly sports service in China is constructed,which consists of three parts: macro structure--micro structure--operation mechanism.On the macro structure,the content of this collaborative support system includes the concept,norms,modes and subjects of collaboration.The operational mechanism mainly designs three mechanisms: administrative mechanism,market mechanism and community mechanism.On the micro structure,a five-in-one multi-subject social support system of "government-social sports organization-community-other organizations-individual social support network" was constructed.The microstructure is explained from three aspects: the definition of multi-subject,the role orientation of multi-subject and the responsibility analysis of multi-subject.Part 8 proposes the realization path of social support system for elderly sports service in China based on the system constructed above.Cultivate the participation ability of social organizations and improve the level of cooperative support of social forces;Expand market cooperation mechanism to enrich the sports supply for the elderly;We will vigorously develop community sports and introduce community mechanisms to enrich forms of community support.Strengthen the sports information service,create the coordination support public opinion;Carry forward the traditional virtue,build the individual society support network.
