Research On Formation Morale And The Path Of Achievement Of College Counsellor

The content which Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is that fully implement the Party's educational policy the fundamental task of formation morale should be implemented.This is a further deepening of the discussion on formation morale in the report of the 18 th National Congress.It relates to not only the moral character and personal cultivation of the teachers and students of colleges and universities,but also the development of education and the progress of society.The purpose education originates from social needs.The ultimate purpose of the education is to develop personality,cultivate and shape people.Moral education develops the tendency to kindness of people,and has the significance on ‘making people grow up to a perfect one'.Teachers are the main body of moral education practice and have functions of formation morale.Furthermore,university counselors as members in the group of teachers have the responsibility and tasks of formation morale,and play an important role on the improvement of moral cultivation,the forming of moral habit and all-round development of college students.Therefore,in order to improve the moral quality of college students,enhance the effectiveness of education and implement the basic task of formation morale,study on the formation morale and the path of achievement of college counselors is necessary.Based on this point,this paper conducts the research on formation morale and the path of achievement of college counselors as the topic.The paper consists of five parts.The first part is to determine the connotation and task of formation morale in universities.Through the interpretation of the definition of "enhancing morality" and "fostering talents" and the relationship between them,the connotation of formation morale is analyzed in depth.Then from the purpose of education,the function of moral education and the status of teachers in formation morale tasks,‘ the fundamental task of education to establish the human being' is carried on the further analysis,which provides a theoretical support for the following study.Finally,analysis of task of college counselors in formation morale would begin with the requirement of the profession and specialization of college teachers,the education mission of universities counselors,the role of counselor in formation morale task and specificity of the formation morale by universities counselors etc.these four aspects.The second part based on the theory of formation morale from Marx and Engels and related ideas,through the discourse in four aspects that “The existence of man is objectively a kind of ‘moral being'”,“moral being” manifests as the all-round development of human beings,the aim of education is to train young people for communist morality,moral education is an important way to mold communist moral personality,the first thing to do in life is to cultivate yourself,established the intrinsic principle and development direction of college counselor formation morale;By Socrates “the good life is the aim of the development”,Aristotle's “happiness is the purpose of people”,Kant's “self-discipline is the advanced stage of moral practice” and Hegel's' “morality is the law of subjective will” and other foreign related analysis of thought of the relationship between morale and the person,reveals the necessity and importance of college counselors formation morale,which has a significant on college counselors formation morale education contents and implementation path;By summarizing the relevant concepts of the formation morale in traditional Chinese culture,this paper combs the relevant rules of the formation morale in the ideological and political education,and further deepens the formation morale theory.The theoretical basis and reference of formation morale are of great theoretical significance to the study of college counsellor formation morale.The third part analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the college counselor formation morale.This paper expounds the necessity of the college counsellor formation morale from three aspects of the problems and causes,the students' overall development and the construction of modern powers.The paper standing from the postnatal acquisition of morality making it possible for formation morale of university counselors,institutional guarantee of college counselor formation morale,the improvement of quality of college counselor formation morale,law of ideological and political education and other aspects analyzes the feasibility of college counselor formation morale.In the fourth part,the principle of college counsellor formation morale and the education content in this principle are studied.Based on
