Research On The Main Contradictions Of College Students' Ideological And Political Education

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with President Xi Jinping as its core,the ideological and political education of college students has been attaching great importance,and it has been elevated to the strategic height of what kind of people we should cultivate,how we should cultivate people and for whom we should cultivate people.However,owing to the sudden change in domestic and international situations,the blending and turbulence of multiple cultures,and the infiltration and spread of incorrect Western ideologies,the ideological security situation in China's institutions of higher learning is extremely grim.The guiding role of Marxism in the ideology of colleges and universities is confronted with risks and challenges.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students.The key to doing this work well lies in orienting accurately and resolving effectively the main contradiction of the ideological and political education of college students in the new era.The purpose of this thesis is to deeply analyze the practical problems and inducements of the principal contradictions of the ideological and political education of college students in the new era,to explore the aim,principle and thought of resolving it,to provide theoretical support and practical reference for promoting the ideological and political education of college students in the new era.This paper mainly defines the basic contradiction,concrete contradiction,principal contradiction and secondary contradiction of college students' ideological and political education,and analyzes the generation and evolution of the main contradiction of college students' ideological and political education from the dialectical relationship between the basic contradiction and the main contradiction.It makes an in-depth study to the connotation,formation,the real problem and the cause,and resolution of the main contradiction of college students' ideological and political education in the new era.Firstly,the dissertation interprets the main contradiction of college students' ideological and political education.Above all,the study defines the relevant concepts of the main contradiction of the ideological and political education of college students.Based on the dimension of national rejuvenation precisely,and strengthen the top-level design of ideological education and political education of college students in the new era.Efforts should be made to construct a "peer-to-peer" mechanism under the leadership of Party Building to form a powerful resultant force for resolving major contradictions of ideological and political education among college students in contradictions,implement the "on-line and off-line" environmental improvement in an all-round way and create an excellent atmosphere for the ideological and political education of college students to resolve the main contradictions.
