The Main Problems Existing In The Adult Education College Students' Ideological And Political Education And Countermeasures

The Adult Higher education is an important part of our higher education.Today, along with the profound changes of various fields in our society, the development of adult higher education will be greatly promoted. To accelerate the process of lifelong education, which not only injected new vitality to adult higher education, but also brought new challenge to them. The way of carring out effective ideological and political education work to cultivate talents who adapt the needs of modernization and economic globalizationcompetition, which is a great challenge on College Adult Education.The text is divided into four parts:First and foremost, to strengthen the significance of the ideological and political education of college students from the needs of their own and society.What’s more, to summarize the major problems that exist in ideological and political education of college students:The self-problem of Adult Education Students; the management mechanisms and personnel issues which exist in adult education system.Besides, to analysis into adult education students’ Ideological and political education, the main resaon of the exsiting problems are:the reason of ideological understanding, adult education students’ Ideological and political education management team and the students themselves lack of understading and do not reach the designated position; ideological and political education course construction is lagging behind or even out of line, and the effectiveness of the ideological and political theory teaching is not strong; counselor team construction is lagging behind, laking of adequate guidance of counselor team, the evaluation mechanism is not perfect.Last but not least, to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen college students’ Ideological and political education:First, to build " three-wide education " of the ideological and political work system; Second, to deepen teaching reform of college students’ Ideological and political education while strengthening the effectiveness; Third, to strengthen the management team construction of college students’Ideological and political education; Finally, to explore suitable way for adult students’ Ideological and political education.
