Ideological and Political Education carries the task of educating college students in Marxist theory, it could be an important way to help students to establish a correct world outlook, life outlook and values. However, in the day-to-day ideological and political education process, always emphasizing the effect of teachers while ignore the effect of the recipients, which could lead to the recipients of ideological and political education receive little effect, ideological and political education could not play the role they supposed to. The process of Ideological and Political Education should not only be the actives that teachers teach the recipients, but also the recipients should make an agreement, understand and accept these educational contents and make it to be practical activities. Deal with the unsatisfied accept effects, need to introduce the accepted theory to learn Ideological and Political Education, during the process of Ideological and Political Education, starting from the main individual characteristics, value recipients and other elements inveracities, enabling the recipients’inner and outer unified, lessen accept predicament, to achieve the goal of teaching and educating vie Ideological and Political Education.This article discussed and analyzed the causes of ideological and political education of the difficult position which recipients meet, and gave some way to solve ideological and political education, combined receive theory and ideological and political education together, in case to optimize accept the effect of ideological and political education, achieved ideological and political education more scientific, relevance and effective, meanwhile, ideological and political education is significantly enhanced the ideological and moral qualities of college students, improved the personality of students, promoted college students to be all-rounded.The content of this article consists four main parts: The first part gives the definition of accepted meanings through theoretical overview, which could be the theoretical preparation for introducing the accepted theory to ideological and political education.The second part based on analysis the background, necessities of the combination of theory and ideological and political education, defines the definitions, system and process of ideological and political education receipt, received the main importance of accepters via accepted activities. Through anglicizing the main psychological, characteristics, behavioral traits, thinking features and value characteristics, which could be the plight way the for the main causes of acceptances.The third part via the entire process of receipt, from the angel of the main characteristics and the conflicts between acceptance and other elements, analysis the difficult situation and causes of ideological and political education.Part five, combined the causes of the difficult situation of accepters, explored and optimized the method of difficult situation of accepters.
