Talents are vitally important for realizing the grand planning of great renewal of the Chinese nation under the complicated international situation that is quite few in the past century world-widely.Talents are desiderated urgently more than ever.Thus,it is increasingly important of education that is related to the core of "The Great Plan of the State and the Great Plan of the Party".Teachers take the vital roles during the process of accomplishing the above mission,and thus the teachers' morality is of decisively importance.Xi Jinping is very concerned about the construction of teachers' morality,and who pays great attention to this work.Especially,since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping has inspected the front-line of education for many times,frequently who hosts a special session or a heart-to-heart talk with the teachers and students.Moreover,he also replied to the teachers and students by mails with encouragement.He directly understood the development requirements and characteristics of both the students and teachers simultaneously,and who emphasized the significance,the objective,the content and method of the construction of teachers' morality on different occasions for many times.Accordingly,the basic requirements and criteria for an excellent teacher have been confirmed.On the Teachers' Day of 2013,he wrote letters the teachers and proposed to "firmly establish three consciousnesses";On the Teachers' Day of 2014,he presented the criterion of a "Four Haves Teacher" when visited Beijing Normal University;Two years later approximately,he proposed "Four Guides" and "Four Unifications" at the conference of national university ideological and political work;he also proposed "Three Propagations" and "Three Mouldings"at the 2018 education congress.At the forum for teachers of ideological and political theory 2019,some new viewpoints such as "Six Requirements" were suggested.Consequently,the development and cultivation direction has been confirmed under the new era,for the ideological and political quality of a teacher as well as who's professional level.Gradually,the Xi Jinping's Discussions on the construction of teachers' morality has been formed and developed with high theoretical and practical values,undoubtedly which is benefit to the grand planning of great renewal of the Chinese nation.Not only,it can be regarded as thefurther development of real construction of teachers' morality by CPC(the Communist Party of China),but also it grasps the accurate acquaintance of the requirements of cultivating the excellent teachers in the new era.Therefore,the Xi Jinping's Discussions on the construction of teachers' morality becomes the theoretical foundation of strengthening national education and rejuvenation.As a result,the level of the construction of teachers' morality is promoted distinctly,and the overall teaching staff quality is elevated significantly.It is gratifying that the youth,who is patriotic,ambitious,realistic and struggling,growing up healthily and strongly.Xi Jinping's Discussions on the construction of teachers' morality is one of the comparatively new research topics currently.Some of the academic results are of value to study and understand Xi Jinping's theoretical thoughts on the construction of teachers'morality.However,most of which only simply focus on the fundamental contents of the construction of teachers' morality with different academic qualities,and there is a lack of the systematic and complete researching achievements.Besides,some of the current academic viewpoints are similar.By comprehensively considering the realistic contradiction between the education developing requirement urgently and academic research shortage,great attention have been paid to Xi Jinping's educational policy and educational practice in this dissertation.The formation foundation,development history,route exploration of Xi Jinping's Discussions on the construction of teachers' morality have been systematically stated.Besides,the related theoretical characteristic,inheritance and development,and era value have been analyzed deeply.It is expected to be present the further research achievements based on the current academic development status.The whole dissertation consists of six chapters as follows.In the first chapter,the research background and significance of Xi Jinping's Discussions on the construction of teachers' morality was summarized and reviewed,from both the national and international views.Besides,the researching methodology was further confirmed.In the second chapter,the related historical background and fundamental theories of Xi Jinping's Discussions on the construction of teachers' morality was introduced.The historical background,theoretical foundation,and development process were introduced emphatically.In the third chapter,the main contents of Xi Jinping's Discussions on the construction of teachers' morality were stated.To elevate the teachers' morality,it should firm ideal,faith and political standing;abide by the moral rules and cultivate a noble personality;improve the erudition,attainmentand and innovation;as well as be generous,loving and dedicated.Thereby some effective measures have been proposed,including hold the voice on ideology,strengthen the overall leadership of the Party in the field of education,complete the teachers'cultivation and assessment mechanism,build the favorable atmosphere of respecting to teachers,encourage teachers' subjective initiative,etc.Consequently,the construction of teachers' morality can be promoted earnestly.In the fourth chapter,the theoretical characteristics of Xi Jinping's Discussions on the construction of teachers' morality was studied.Firstly,Xi Jinping's Discussions on the construction of teachers' morality highlights the fundamental task of education of fostering integrity and promoting rounded development of people;Secondly,Xi Jinping's Discussions on the construction of teachers' morality highlights the importance of forging the excellent teachers' morality,and which reflects the strategic thought;Thirdly,Xi Jinping's Discussions on the construction of teachers' morality draws a clear demarcation line for teachers,which reflects the baseline thought;Fourthly,Xi Jinping's Discussions on the construction of teachers' morality deepens the cooperative education,which reflects the systematic thought.Those four theoretical characteristics are closely related to each other,and possess the certain logical inevitability.Together,Xi Jinping's wisdom in education and management has been demonstrated.In the fifth chapter,the inheritance and development of Xi Jinping's Discussions on the construction of teachers' morality was analyzed.A huge amount of excellent teachers has been cultivated during the past several decades when developing the socialist education with Chinese characteristics,concurrently,a great deal of experience has been accumulated.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the education and teacher development has been reconsidered from the comprehensive outlook by the Central Committee of CPC.Besides,the construction of teaching staff plan has been thought deeply from the strategic height of the great renewal of the Chinese nation.Both the inheritance for the traditional advantages and development for innovation with the times,are included.It is necessary to extract the inheritance and development in the aspects of the original intention,core content and construction approach,from the Xi Jinping's Discussions on the construction of teachers' morality,accordingly,the formation and development mechanism of which can be ascertained.In the sixth chapter,the era value of Xi Jinping's Discussions on the construction of teachers' morality are discussed.First of all,Xi Jinping's Discussions on the construction of teachers' morality is of importance of the theoretical values,which promotes the localization of the educational concept of Marxism in China,accordingly it is a theoretical improvement of the construction of teachers' morality by CPC.Moreover,Xi Jinping's Discussions on the construction of teachers' morality also possesses valuable practical significance.The mechanism reformation on construction of teachers' morality has been deepened and the construction approach has been enriched,under his leadership,the construction of teachers'morality has stepped the new stage and obtained preliminary effects.
