With the deepening development of education reform,the popularization of higher education,More and more received higher education after, the rates of college students become the main force of a new generation of teachers.And compared to veteran teachers,who has been teaching for a long time.New modern young teachers, although on college campuses to accept the modern education concept of systematic and theoretical,but they have learned advanced education idea whether into noble virtue, has yet to enter the teaching profession further textual research.For new teachers to work in the early years, is the most critical period, is a new teacher will be familiar with the actual education teaching activities into the key stage of education teaching skill skilled, determines the future development direction of new teachers and the starting point of self-improvement.Teachers first come into contact with the work affects the improvement of quality of the future, thus affecting the whole teachers industry quality level.For new teachers who just took to the teaching jobs,induction phase of virtue cultivation has a leading role on the quality of its own development, can promote the construction of teachers in particular, since the push the quality education of middle school.So the current demands for ethics and practical ethics cultivation work has a certain gap between, cause in virtue of the new teacher. Therefore,clarify the ethics requirement and improve moral standards of young teachers in new,perfect the new teachers’ ethics cultivation system become the urgent matter.To improve the current our country middle school new teacher’s ethics and professional accomplishment, must first understand the current situation of middle school new teacher teacher’s ethics in China.By the author in view of the new young teacher questionnaire and student groups, and on the basis of the results of questionnaire survey,according to the results of the analysis of the moral standards of young teachers in our country new though the overall level of ascending to a certain extent, but there are still not nearly good place,there is a big rise in space,the author summarizes the present situation of the moral standards of young teachers in middle school new, the reasons of the problems, analyzing problems, and puts forward some constructive promotion ethics point of view. Constantly promote the progress of the new young teachers’ ethics cultivation system, create a new young teachers ethics promote good atmosphere.
