different periods.Finally,the paper discusses the status and value of the counselor team,which is an important guarantee to guide the growth of College students,an important component of the main current situation of the construction of colleges and universities counselor team in H Province as an example in chapter four.The paper investigates the actual situation of the problems of insufficient number of counselors,low level of specialization and unstable team through questionnaires,and makes an analysis of the causes of these problems based on the actual data.The fifth chapter
