In present world,the reform and development in the basic education has become an important trend.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,many countries have launched a new round of curriculum reform.Which is recognized by the academic community that teachers and class are the key of curriculum reform.Music classroom teaching in primary school is the forward position of music curriculum reform in primary school.The performance of music teachers in primary school music is the key to the success of music curriculum reform in primary schools.And relevant research shows that the quality of classroom teaching depends on the quality of teachers' decision-making in classroom teaching.So in order to explore present and existing problems in elementary school music teachers' teaching decision-making,and then upgrade the quality of primary school music teaching decision-making,this paper chose the elementary school music teachers' classroom teaching decision-making as research field.On the one hand,this research can expand the theory space of music teacher education,enrich music curriculum and teaching theory,and deepen the research on teaching decision-making.At the same time,it can help to find the deep problems of music classroom teaching in primary school and music teacher ability in primary school.Therefore,the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to help music teachers professional development and promote the deepening of music curriculum reform in primary schools.This study first systematically carding the related research,to determine the research starting point.Based on this,this study selects a primary school in Changchun city,northeast China as a case studied.The research questions identified in this study are: how do the music teachers in X primary school make teaching decisions? Based on the above research questions,this research choose six primary school music teachers as the research object,classroom teaching decisions in grade two and grade four,six grade as the main research content.This paper applies literature method,text analysis method(N=36),classroom observation method(N=24)and interview method(teachers,N=24 & students,N=150).The literature research focuses on identifying the starting point of the research and providing intellectual support for subsequent research.The text analysis is mainly to analysis the teaching decision-making in the instructional design of the primary school music teachers.At the same time,thisresearch is to analyze the classroom interaction decision-making of teachers by classroom observation.In addition,this study is to understand the value orientation and influencing factors of teachers' decision-making through teacher interviews.The research shows that there are many problems in the teaching plan decision-making of music teachers in primary schools.Many of the concepts in the new curriculum are not reflected in the teaching decisions.The teaching decision of music teachers in primary school is restricted by the lack of knowledge of music.It followed the principle of bounded rationality in practice.There is a "decision-making vacuum" in teachers' teaching design decisions.It lacked of attention to students' personality and so on.The main problems of teacher's interactive decision-making include: Teacher's teaching interaction decision is dominated by teachers,and students' subjectivity is alienated;The classroom teaching decision-making form is in the form of single,the teaching resourcefulness is insufficient;The main value orientation of interactive decision-making is teaching efficiency.The process of teaching interactive decision-making relies on the authority of teachers.The teacher's teaching method fails to embody the modern music education idea.It lack of adequate attention to comprehensive artistic performances and creative activities.The main problem of teacher evaluation decision as followed.The guiding ideology of evaluation decision is relatively backward.The subject of decision-making is the teachers and student participation is low.The content of teaching evaluation decision is narrow and the students' classroom performance is the main one.The form of teaching evaluation is single,mainly oral qualitative evaluation and so on.At the same time,the author discusses the influence factors that affected the classroom teaching decision of music teachers in primary school from two aspects:internal cause and external cause.Based on this,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of music teachers' classroom teaching decision.In planning decision-making,it is mainly to enrich the curriculum knowledge of music teachers in primary schools;Enhance teacher music teaching design ability;To provide a relaxed environment for music teaching in primary schools;Advocate the "vision type +script" compound teaching design.At the interactive decision-making level,it is mainly to improve teacher music classroom teaching wit;To promote students' deep participation in classroom teaching;Integrate students into the teaching decision-making body;Create a democratic and equal classroom atmosphere;The purpose of transforming teachers' interactive decision-making is to focus on students' development.At the evaluation decision level,it is mainly to establish the evaluationconcept of students' comprehensive development.Expand the scope of teaching evaluation and pay attention to the improvement of students music literacy;To provide a democratic and relaxed atmosphere for students to participate in teaching evaluation;To enrich the teaching knowledge of teachers and evaluation;Organize diversified and open teaching evaluation activities.
