College graduates as the most creative in the society as a whole, vigor and vitality of the group, they not only have ideal ambitious, and mastered the system of modern scientific and cultural knowledge, is the most precious human resources in the whole society. Graduates employment problem of college graduates not only relates to the individual and the masses of the people’s vital interests, is also related to the healthy and continuous development of higher education and human resource development, the implementation of a basic national policy of relying on science and education. The employment of graduates behavioral decision is the key to improve the quality of graduate employment. This paper from the college graduates employment behavior influence factor and decision-making mechanism, research methods and way to improve the quality of graduate employment. For the optimization of the manpower resource of our country, improving the government to promote the quality of university students’ employment theory support and policy Suggestions, improve China’s college graduates employment ability, have important theory value and practical significance. The main research work is as follows:(1)In this paper, the factors affecting the behavior of college graduates employment and research situation of the decision-making mechanism and related theory and method has carried on the detailed induction, clearly defines the impact factors and the content and the basic elements of decision-making mechanism, the main factors have employment behavior decision-making, group, adaptability, subject and subjectivity, and raises the factors that affect the employment of university graduates behavior decision-making group, the influence factors of the theory for the employment of university graduates behavior and decision-making mechanism research provides a new research idea.(2) Through the factor analytic innovative decision-making influence factors, puts forward the employment of university graduates behavior analysis of the employment behavior decision-making to achieve the effect mechanism of labor supply, through the employment of college graduates discussed factors of behavioral decision comprehensive effects, put forward the college graduates to adapt to the mechanism and factors of factors of the influence mechanism of college graduates, contains the natural characteristics of the individual, the factors influencing generations, reservation wages, job search pattern factors such as personal factors, and involves the system, system, culture and environmental factors such as demand for Labour.(3)From the effects of the factors of college graduates mechanism, function mechanism and adaptation mechanism three aspects has carried on the analysis of decision-making mechanism. Reveals matching theory, bargaining theory and adaptation theory factors such as the group of behavioral decision on jobs and the influence of the labor supply; College graduates will also be under the action of factors of adjust their strategy of employment in order to achieve people post match; Analyzed from several aspects-free model, extension, labor-free model and cooperative game matrix, and through the analysis showed the employment of college graduates behavior adaptability.(4) In this paper, through questionnaire survey, the analysis of characteristics of the employment of university graduates and law, on the basis of constructed two classification variables and classification, the Logistic regression model to analyze the factors affect the employment of university graduates behavior decision-making. Through the systemic analysis, the employment of university graduates in China behavior decision-making choice has carried on the empirical research, points out that the degree of difficulty of graduate employment and employment positively related to the difficulty of the behavioral decision.(5)Using the employment index and individual dominant behavior decision judgment method, according to different environment of the college graduates employment problem, the responsibility of the government, the market guide, role of colleges and universities, social support and personal effort five aspects puts forward the Suggestions and countermeasures to improve the level of the employment of university graduates, for improving the quality of the college graduates employment put forward the feasible path of reality.
