| Career decision-making difficulty is defined as the all-possible difficulties that one may encounter during the process of career decision-making; these difficulties can be classified into three dimensions: lack of readiness, the lack of information and the inconsistent information. On one hand, the enrollment and distribution system of the higher education in China is in the transformation period; on the other hand undergraduates are on the primary stage of career choice and orientation, which is a key period of individual's career development Under the circunistances, the research on undergraduates' career decision-making difficulty provides theoretical base not only for university's enrollment and distribution system but also for the pertinence career development guidance.This research aims to explore the characteristics and influence factors of undergraduates' career decision-making difficulty in China. On the review of the relevant researches and based on the situation in China, the paper makes a primary theoretical framework of undergraduates' career decision-making and revises the undergraduates' Career Decision-making Difficulty Questionnaire according to this framework.
