This study intends to understand the practical situation of College Students'career decision-making difficulties through semi structured interview and questionnaire. On the basis of analyzing the individual differences in their career decision-making difficulties, this study tries to explore the related factors that affect their career decision-making difficulties. Then the corresponding hypothetical model is put forward, and the hypothesis is verified by questionnaire. The ultimate goal is to explore the current situation of College Students' career decision-making difficulties and improve their career decision-making difficulties through effective intervention.First of all, this study takes the form of semi structural interview to understand the basic situation of College Students' career decision-making.Through the interviews of 12 interviewees,it is found that the status of career decision-making in different grades has its own characteristics.Secondly, when we further understand the career decision-making situation of college students,we find that part-time jobs and internships play a very important role in college students' career decision-making.Thirdly,the behavior variables of job hunting were introduced, and 1037 college students were investigated by questionnaire. The results show that job-hunting behavior can significantly predict career decision-making difficulties, and the more frequent job seekers, the lower the degree of career decision-making difficulties. Finally,in the process of architecture model, the difficulty of career decision-making is usually influenced by individual personality variables,so the self-efficacy of career decision-making is used as an intermediary variable. The results show that the self-efficacy of professional decision-making plays a complete intermediary role.Using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 20.0 software to analyze the data, according to the results of data analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:in demographic variables, different grades are different in different grades, and the difficulty of career decision-making in grade two to grade four is gradually strengthened. There are also significant differences in job hunting behavior and career decision-making efficacy. The total score of job hunting behavior in grade two and grade three is obviously higher than that of grade four.In grade two and grade three, college students have higher self-efficacy in career decision making, but they have lower self-efficacy in grade four.Drop.In terms of working experience, the total score of career decision making difficulties of college students with working experience is lower than that of college students without working experience.Students with working experience are well prepared before the interview. On the total score of career decision-making self-efficacy,college students with working experience were significantly higher than those without working experience. Therefore,in view of the difficult situation of College Students' career decision-making,they can enhance their self-efficacy by increasing the frequency and intensity of the job hunting behavior, and finally reduce the effect of their career decision-making difficulties. And the school as a third party can also provide better and better part-time and internship channels for college students.Proper guidance and training of various employability also help college students to solve various difficulties encountered in choosing careers.
