Research objective: Based on the research on the science and technology service project of shooting event in preparation for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games of the State Administration of sport,this study makes a multi-stage and multi-dimensional longitudinal comparative analysis on the functional parameters of central nervous system of elite pistol and rifle shooters who participated in the 2017 National Games,the2018 Asian games,the 2018 World Championships and the shooting World Cup,with a view to serving as the national shooting team The evaluation of training effect in preparation for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games provides data support and theoretical basis.Research method: Through interviewing and questionnaire survey to some domestic shooting experts,the subjective and objective factors that affect the functional level of central nervous system of shooting athletes are preliminarily screened out.The EEG and HRV signal data of athletes in different training stages and different load states are collected by using brain electrical activity mapping instrument and omegaway competitive state comprehensive diagnosis system The comparative analysis reflects the functional state of the central nervous system of the athletes.At the same time,the subjective psychological scale test is used to evaluate the physical and mental state of excellent pistol and rifle athletes in the training stage and under different load conditions.Research results:(1)Although three different training load arrangements of elite pistol shooters lead to significant changes in athletes' psychological state,the causes of such changes are more complex and need to be further studied.The aerobic capacity index of pistol shooters in ll-lli training stage is significantly higher than that in other stages.The main reason is that targeted physical training is arranged in this stage,and the proportion of aerobic training in physical training isincreased compared with the past.In ml-hli training stage,the stimulation of central nervous system gradually increases to the peak due to the significant increase of training load intensity,but the results of this stimulation are not entirely negative effects.(2)The parameters of heart system and heart rate variability can reflect the changes of training load of shooters before preparing for the competition.The pressure of major events will stimulate the body of athletes,and the level of heart function will change accordingly.The change of training load 20 days before the competition is the most significant.There is no significant change in the indexes of energy metabolism system before the competition,and the change of training load has no obvious effect on it.Before preparing for the world championship,the values of EEG quiet potential and reflection time of national shooting team athletes did not fluctuate significantly,and the average score was above 30 points.The central function level was in good condition and reached the peak value 20 days before the competition.(3)The results show that there are some differences in the level of brain wake-up of step and pistol athletes in different sports levels.The EEG complexity parameters of elite athletes will change significantly in the real shooting state,but not in the general group,which indicates that long-term professional shooting training may have a certain impact on the brain wake-up level of athletes.In the state of live firing,the difference between high and low loop values may be related to the order of the discharge of the central nervous system in the parietal area,but the participation of visual information is not the main factor affecting the performance of athletes.Research conclusion:(1)The influence of three different load combinations on the functional level of central nervous system of elite pistol athletes participating in the test is multifaceted.The inducement of central nervous system affected is more complex and needs furtherresearch.(2)In the 30 days before preparing for the important events,the changes of the function level of the pivot nerve are obvious,and the influence of the pressure of the important events on the athletes is the most obvious in the 20 days before the competition.The monitoring of the functional level of the central nervous system in this stage can provide quantitative basis for regulating and controlling the athletes' pre competition state.(3)There are some differences in technical characteristics and training methods between pistol athletes and rifle athletes.The response of specific functional areas of brain to training stimulation is not the same.Pistol athletes' dependence on visual information processing is different from rifle athletes.
