Purposes: In the long-term heavy-duty,high-pressure competitive sports training and competition environment, various memory cognitive operations are often performed, which tends to cause various physiological and psychological fatigues of athletes, and even central fatigue.Once this phenomenon occurs,it will affect athlete training and the state of the game.In order to explore whether the memory cognitive task can induce central fatigue and the neurophysiological mechanism of central fatigue, the influence and mechanism of central fatigue induced by one-hour memory operation task with different task difficulty on brain functional status were explored.Research methods: This study selected 45 athletes(National Level 2 and above athletes)from Ningbo University Sports Institute who met the experimental requirements, and randomly divided them into experimental group 1(medium difficulty memory task operation)15 people(9 boys,6 girls),experiment 2group(low difficulty memory task operation)15 people(10 boys,5 girls)and control group(no cognitive operation)15(8 boys,7 girls).Observing the different difficulty levels in the memory operation task through behavioral indicators can lead to mental fatigue. After using the brain wave ultra-slow fluctuation technique, the test is pre-tested and measured, and then the SPSS19.0 software is used to repeat the data in the experiment.Measurement variance analysis was used to explore the effects of 1 hour memory operation tasks on the central nervous system transmitters of college students.Results:(1)There are significant differences in the correct rate and response time of the medium difficulty point memory operation task in different time periods. The correct rate is F(3,79)=15.352,p=0.000(p<0.01),and the reaction time is F(3,79)= 2.922,p = 0.039(p< 0.05);(2)There was no significant difference between the correct rate and the reaction time in the low-difficult memory operation tasks. The correct rate was F(3,27)=0.266,p=0.849(p>0.05),and the reaction time was F(3,27)=0.018,p=0.997(p>0.05);(3)RPE personal subjective fatigue test time and group main effect significant,F(1,36)=26.537,p=0.024(p<0.05),F(1,36)=23.687,p=0.029(p<0.05)and the interaction between test time and group was significant,F(1,36)=25.78,p=0.037(p<0.05).(4)For different difficulty and test time, the serotonin content in the brain increased, and there was a significant difference F(1,43)=1.497,p=0.006(p<0.01),while others represented inhibition. There is no significant change in neurotransmitters;(5)For the test time, the S11 line in which the dopamine content was present showed a downward trend with significant differences F(1,43)=4.060,p=0.040(p<0.05),and others represented excitatory neurotransmitters is no obvious change.Conclusion:(1)When the 1-hour medium difficulty memory operation task induces central fatigue, the accuracy rate is reduced and the reaction time is shortened.(2)One-hour moderate difficulty and low difficulty memory operation tasks can cause central serotonin elevation in the brain.(3)The 1-hour low-difficult memory operation task did not cause an increase in other inhibitory transmitters and a decrease in excitatory transmitters.
