Research On The Improvement Of Corporate Capabilities Based On Knowledge Transfer

Enterprises face three issues during the process of survival and development:first,the business should detect and anticipate market demands.Only accepted by the market can the enterprise achieve the value and the added value of its production,which leads to the survival and de-velopment of the business.Secondly,the enterprises should improve the conversion efficiency of their resources.That is to say,they can increase their output at a certain amount of investment or reduce their investment at a certain output.They shorten the processing time of a procedure through certain technology and equipment or adjust the process flow to simplify the production process.Thirdly,enterprises should coordinate and integrate the activities of each link of production and operation,which leads to the optimum of efficiency in every link in order to form an overall optimum.At the same time,they make a dynamic adjustment of the process and direction of the business activities to adapt to the need of the environmental change.This paper studies the enterprise capabilities and ability improvement as a main line on the basis of the nature of the knowledge of the enterprise capabilities.It also announces a mechanism that knowledge can support a firm capability and we can promote a firm's capability by increasing knowledge.The logic analysis path are:enterprise capabilities(foundation of enterprise operation)—knowledge essence of the enterprise capabilities(some knowledge supports a certain enterprise capabilities)—growth in knowledge(transfer of knowledge)—advance in enterprise capabilities.To be specific,first,based on the review of some relevant literature information about enterprise capability theory,the paper announces it is knowledge that defines the concept of enterprise capability and its generation process.Then the knowledge to support the enterprise capability and the process of adding knowledge(knowledge transfer)are combed and defined in the text.Thirdly,this paper analyzed the resources and capabilities,knowledge and ability,and the relationship between knowledge transfer and promotion of enterprise capabilities.Knowledge is the enterprise resources,the functional media of generation capability of the resources,and establishes the capacity system of the enterprise,which lays a foundation for the later study of the mechanism how knowledge transfer affects the advance of the enterprise capabilities.Next,factors that affect the knowledge transfer are analyzed in detail and the paper finds the main impacting factor with the help of the positive science.Based on the preceding discussion and analysis,the text focuses on discussing and depicting the action mechanism and functional path that how knowledge transfer has an influence on the promotion of the enterprise capabilities(how the factors impacting the knowledge transfer affect the sub ability in the enterprise capability system),and has made an empirical research.At last,this paper puts forward the research conclusion and the problems awaiting attention in the future.With the analysis of the company internal activities and the relationship between the company and the environment,enterprise capability is the base that the industry survives and expands:enterprise capability is the company's resources,that is,the enterprise capability is the process and outcome through the interactions of personnel,financial and material resources according to a special set of rules.Next on the basis of the logical analysis of enterprise resources,ability and knowledge,the knowledge essence of the ability is dissected:a proper knowledge corresponds to a certain capability,that is to say,a certain enterprise capability originates from a proper knowledge or a certain ability bases on a certain knowledge.In the end of this thesis points out the practical significance and drawbacks of the research and makes the direction of the further study based on the above research.
