Research On The Relationship Among Knowledge Structure,Knowledge Transfer And Enterprise Innovation Performance

With the adventure of the knowledge age,China's manufacturing industry is facing from labor-intensive to knowledge-dependent change,the current level of innovation in China's manufacturing industry is generally low,manufacturing enterprises lack the necessary knowledge to carry out innovation and performance of innovation,Lack of core competitiveness,and now more and more manufacturing enterprises began to take the initiative to establish a knowledge alliance with external knowledge to fill their own knowledge gaps,although the knowledge alliance theory has been relatively mature,but the main research focus on high-tech industries,manufacturing There are still some gaps in the study.In order to improve the innovation level of manufacturing enterprises and improve the competitiveness of enterprises,this paper puts forward the research framework of knowledge structure,knowledge transfer and innovation performance through the study of manufacturing knowledge alliance,The knowledge is divided into two basic knowledge structures: knowledge parallel structure and knowledge series structure,and on the basis of two kinds of knowledge structure put forward the dynamic change process of knowledge,always from the disorderly knowledge structure to the orderly system Knowledge structure,so in the two basic knowledge structure based on the derivation of the other two knowledge structure: knowledge and then parallel structure and knowledge and then in series structure.Finally,according to the research model proposed in this paper,we use the scale of the factors to find out the factors,design the questionnaire,carry on the empirical analysis to the R & D personnel of the manufacturing enterprise,and use SPSS and AMOS software.The results show that the knowledge structure has a positive impact between the knowledge will be fragmented by the disorder structure of knowledge gradually transformed into a systematic and orderly knowledge structure,and ultimately by the use of enterprises.Part of the knowledge structure has a positive effect on the transfer of knowledge,when the knowledge of the stock is low,the impact of knowledge structure on the impact of knowledge transfer is not significant,when the knowledge stock reaches a certain degree,the system of knowledge structure can effectively knowledge The knowledge transfer in the alliance has a positive effect.Knowledge structure has a positive impact on the performance of innovation,the system of orderly knowledge structure can effectively enhance their own learning ability and business process design efficiency,and ultimately improve the innovation performance of enterprises.
