Knowledge Transfer Model And Empirical Analysis Of The Role Of Enterprise Capabilities

Corporations now become to realize that possessing sustained competitive ability is the key of a corporation exsisting. Knowledge is the essent of capacity, and because the accumulation and diffusion of knowledge depend on knowledge transfer, the knowledge transfer is very important in the process of training and promoting corporation capabilities.This paper has mainly studied the relationship between the knowledge transfer and the corporation capabilities.Embarking from correlation research of the corporation capabilities and the knowledge transfer, in foundation of reading massive domestic and foreign correlation literature material, the paper divides corporation into the functional competence and the integrative capability, according to the different interactions of knowledge. Then, a capability structure is designed.Through deeply analysing the models and obstacles of knowledge transfer, regarding the feature of knowledge, this paper extracts transfer mechanics and acquisition character, organizational compare context and knowledge character as the key factors in promoting capacity. Then, combining the conlusion of exsiting empirical analysis, 12 hypotheses are put forward and the model of knowledge transfer affecting corporation capacities is established.At the last of paper, the model of knowledge transfer affecting corporation capacities is verified by empirical research. After investigating many subsidiaries, 115 final samples were collected. This paper uses SPSS 15.0 program to analyse cronbach'sαreliability and construct validity of these samples first, then Pearson Correlations are made. The result shows that besides the motion of receptor can't be verified, the other hypotheses are supported. At last, this paper gives relevant policy suggestions.
