Research On Knowledge Transfer Mechanism In Knowledge Alliance

The knowledge transfer and knowledge flow in the world range appears to be more important under the knowledge-based economy. The knowledge creation and use not only depend on the formation but also on the flow of the knowledge within and among economical communities. Knowledge alliance, as a new organizational form, creates a wider space for the knowledge flow. It is widely implemented on a global scale, and a lot of practice has proved that the transfer of knowledge in the knowledge alliance can bring more competitive advantage for the enterprises.Under such background, based on reviewing related literatures at home and abroad, the study finds that the research of knowledge transfer in our country has a late start, and the understanding and practice of the business enterprises about the knowlege transfer and alliance is far from enough. Besides, most of the literature is on the internal transfer of knowledge, but pays little attention to the knowlege transfer under the allianc environment. Therefore, based on the domestic and international research on knowledge alliance and knowledge transfer, this paper systematically analyzes the knowledge transfer between enterprises under the knowledge alliance and designs the dynamic mechanism and process mechanism of the knowledge transfer in konwledge alliance.This paper introduces the analysis perspective of the knowledge value chain firstly, and constructs the analyzing framework of the knowledge transfer mechanism based on the value chain. The results show that members of the alliance put in the knowledge through the platform of knowledge alliance, transfer the basic processes from the knowledge activity aspect, going along the social learning cycle continuously, and at last get access to the output of the knowledge transfer and the value. In this process, the evolution at every stage can provide the value-added knowledge of the next stage, and the value of output can also promote a new round of the input of the knowledge. In this way, a cycle is constituted.Based on the three points of the knowledge transfer analytical framework, knowledge input - knowledge activity - the value of output, this paper constructs the models for the dynamic mechanism and the process mechanism of the knowledge transfer in the knowledge alliance. Firstly, using the evolutionary game of mathematical analysis, through the comparison of the cost and the profit of the knowledge transfer in knowledge alliance, this paper establishes a knowledge transfer dynamic mechanism. In the evolution game model, this paper analyzes the dynamic evolution process of the knowledge transfer, and simulates the model. According to the analysis of the knowledge transfer activities in knowledge alliance, this paper proposes knowledge transfer process model, which is based on the network prospect. In addition, according to the transfer equation of the probability theory, this paper shows the change of the knowledge transfer state between the enterprises of the knowledge alliance with a nonlinear dynamic system, and uses simulation to describe the process of the knowledge transfer.
