During the last two decades Chinese presence in the African content has captured a huge attention at the international level,and has became a major subject of scholarly debates.Following the long history of African countries economic policies in order to spur their economic and development position,it was obvious that the colonial countries companies which became dominant in the content is not helping the economic growth as the African governments are seeking,The new partners came along with the new growing economies China,India,Brazil,makes an new path for economic cooperation in the continent,however china is the largest and the most powerful economy of this group,There is no doubt that china has became Africa the most important economic partner,when china replaced the European Union and the United States and became the first trading partner of Africa in 2008,not just in trade field,Chinese foreign investment in Africa and aid of development has grown fast too,The economic relationship with China is a big opportunity for African countries to reduce the gap between their economies and the global economy and a challenge for it to effectively harness the resources to promote poverty-reducing and economic development.And the most evident changing aspect on the continent is the tightening relationship between china and Africa in both politic and economic field,by the establishment of the forum on china Africa cooperation in Beijing in October 2000,The main aim of this thesis is to determine the impact of this relationship on the content economic growth and development and the role of the FOCAC as a regulation to guide and support the win-win relationship.
