Due to the complexity and diversity knowledge involved in the innovation process, any organization can not exhaust all the knowledge needed for innovation,which limitation of resources greatly restrict the innovation ability of enterprise,innovation success rate decreased, it makes the companies lonely to practice service innovation behaviors increasingly rare. As a result, more and more companies begin to cross organizational boundaries, through the advantages on differentiation resources occupy, to establish different levels partnerships with market members,and seek a favorable position in business partnerships, to achieve the addition of innovative knowledge and other resource,and conform the innovation composition forces,promote the upgrading of innovation performance.Knowledge-intensive services play a key role in the knowledge-based society, it has dual functions of production and reconfiguration knowledge. The vast majority of previous studies on service innovation, the knowledge-intensive service always plays a supporting role in manufacturing technology innovation, product innovation and service innovation, the innovative behaviors of knowledge-intensive business service at that time were passive. In fact, KIBS own initiative innovation behaviors truly affect the basics function of creating social knowledge. For knowledge-intensive business services, knowledge as the core elements of its survival and development,how to do more effective management is the basis to ensure the normal operation of the enterprise as well as to carry out services innovation. Therefore, taking into account the constraints of limited resources, widely establish social networks, access different knowledge and resources to achieve complementary advantages has become the only way to carry service innovation activities. Thus, take the knowledge-intensive business service as a particular object of service innovation study, from the perspective of network embedded to study service innovation of knowledge-intensive business service, achieve a common innovation on research perspective and object.Thus, the study takes network embedded as entry point, focuses on one core issue that how network embedded affects KIBS enterprise services innovation performance, introduces the knowledge management as a mediating variable, in the premise of the systematic analysis, summarized about the relevant literatures and theoretical analysis,to achieve the perfect explaination under four key components analysis.Firstly, systematicly analyzs the inherent effection mechanism that network embedded poses on KIBS business services innovation performance, bases on a profound explaination on the knowledge characteristic of KIBS business service innovation, introducts knowledge management as the intermediate variable, Clarify the internal impact that the three dimensions of network embedded- relationship embedded,structure embedded, resources embedded act on services innovation performance of KIBS. Secondly, the exploratory case study about the network embedded effect on enterprise service innovation performance KIBS.systimatically explained how the impacts that the network embedded acted on KIBS business services innovation performance. Chose three different types of KIBS enterprises in Ningbo, taked interviews as the main research way, done some systematically analysis, combined with the internal mechanism analysis that network embedded posed on KIBS Enterprise Service Innovation Performance, initially proposed the basic assumptions about the study between embedded network in the relationship between the and business services KIBS innovation performance. Thirdly, Build a impact mechanism model between network embed and services innovation performance KIBS business.on the basis of the above analysis, to build the concept model that network embedded effect on the KIBS business services innovation performance, establish a logical relationship between network embedded-Knowledge Management- Service Innovation Performance,further refined article hypotheses, taked knowledge management capability as mediating variables to construct major conceptual model, and described the main system analysis method of the article. Fourthly, do the empirical research on the affect mechanism model of network embedded on KIBS Service Innovation Performance,based on 464 questionnaires about the Yangtze River Delta KIBS enterprises, based on thedescriptive analysis and correlation factor analysis, used structural equation modeling to test and revise the article concept modle, verify the initial research assumptions.The results showed that the relationship embedded, structure embedded,resources embedded play a positive role on the service innovation performance of KIBS enterprise in different degrees,and this promotion plays mainly through the intermediary of knowledge management. Comparatively, the relation embedded has reached 0.733 effect degree on the KIBS service innovation performance.That is,through establishing high quality partnerships with outside companies to achieve deep and diverse cooperation between each other have profound effect on the enhancement of knowledge management ability and the promotion of KIBS service innovation performance.The effect degree of structure embedded KIBS service innovation performance reaches 0.228, relatively low, it mainly dues to that the impact of structure embedded on the KIBS services innovation performance entirely through the action of its knowledge management activities to achieve.This result also shows that enterprises may wish to establish a dominant position in the external cooperation, but the homogeneity of knowledge and other resource restrict the enhancement of KIBS service innovation performance.resource embedded fully achieves 0.462 degree on the positive impact of KIBS service innovation performance. From the results, the KIBS enterprises should take some relevant measures to continuously expand the enterprise network and effectively manage and enhance their knowledge management capacity, continuing deepen its positive role in promoting KIBS service innovation performance and effectively improve business service innovation performance.
