Study Of The Impact Of Knowledge-intensive Service Enterprises (of Kibs) Knowledge Absorptive Capacity On Innovation Performance

Knowledge-intensive service industries in modern economy plays an important part in modern economy, in a word, it is the important component of modern economy. Although KIBS have a more and more important role in national economy, the KIBS innovation has not get enough attention. The present study views KIBS as research object, views knowledge absorptive capacity and innovation performance as the research content, prepares the questionnaire about the relation between absorptive capacity and innovative in KIBS, uses SPSS 11.5 to analyze the data, then through regression analysis, exploratory factor analysis confirmatory factor analysis to verify hypothesis.Basing on the exploring the research background, the present study put forward the problems about the study, then defy the conception of KIBS, knowledge absorptive capacity, enterprise innovation achievements. Basing on reading a lot of literature, knowledge absorptive capacity is divided into two dimensions-- potential absorptive capacity and realistic absorption ability. Then the present study puts forward the research hypotheses test according to the actual situation of KIBS. Then the study design the questionnaire about the relation between knowledge absorptive capacity and enterprise innovation performance in KIBS, select the subjects randomly in KIBS. Finally, take data back, use SPSS 11.5 to analysis data, the results are as follow:Knowledge absorptive capacity (potential absorptive capacity and realistic absorption ability) and enterprise innovation performance is significantly and positively related to the existence of the relationship; Organizational learning ability plays an important role in regulating on the relation between knowledge absorptive capacity and enterprise innovation performance, The stronger organization learning ability, knowledge absorptive capacity of enterprise innovation performance is obvious.
