This dissertation attempts to examine the Internet Plus Action how to drive national competitiveness relating under the Chinese economy being into the "new normal" development context. China and other emerging economies of the world have entered as the "new normal" developing. It has emerged the overall slowdown in economic growth phenomena, and "new normal" will become the basic nature and the main features of China's economic development for a long period of time. Government successive Internet Plus Action is to reverse and change the trend of development, the formation of a new economic and social development of new forms. Internet Plus Action is a new national development strategy, and how to guide the development of many problems and confusion, in view of this paper as a starting point, proposed research topic of this article:Emerging as a national development strategy, Internet Plus why action can contribute to the competitiveness of developing countries, to promote the theory and practice of this process, what is? What has changed the content of national development?The dissertation contains four researches. First, the dissertation interpreted the concept of Internet Plus, and explore the Internet Plus Action's strategic significance, logic of the Internet and the existence of national development. Secondly, the dissertation use the United States' information development process as the object of case study, analysis why the information can become driven enterprise, industry and national development of the important reasons, as well as the key factors behind. Thirdly, we combine these key factors and China's Internet development, building a research framework. Finally, through the empirical analysis, thesis test the impact of the Internet business, industry and national economic development, and to study how companies and Internet integration using comparative case research.The implementation of the research, the dissertation reached the following main points and conclusions:First, the concept of Internet Plus neither is not a simple tool theory nor ecological theory; it is a guiding principle of development of creative development. Internet plus Actions comply with the world development trend of the Internet, which is designed to lead the new normal economic development, the formation of a new national economic development momentum. Its essence is the historical basis of the national information strategy countries have long concerned about the Internet, formed under the guidance of the guide national strategic, forward-looking, holistic and age. The Action has a different significance for businesses, industries and countries.Second, based on exploratory case studies, we review the development of American information from the perspective of Chandler's three times respectively (business times, industrial age and information age). This dissertaion make use of Yearbook of American history, the history of technology, United States economic history and other literature into the comprehensive analysis and feasibility studies. Dissertation have fully argument postal services, railways, telegraph and telephone, radio and television, computers and other technical systems consisting of the US information technology has been an important part of the US economy. Use Porter's "Diamond Model" to analysis the US information development, four key factors in the development of the United States have been extracted:demand conditions; corporate strategy, corporate structure, competition in the industry; the factors of production; government.Third, these part analyzes the evolution process of China's Internet development from the perspective of business development. The stage of Internet development in China is divided into five phases:1986-1997, the accumulation stage of commercial development of the Internet business; 1998-2000, the birth stage of development of the Internet business stage; 2001-2008, the growth stage of development of the Internet business; 2009-2013, the booming stage of development of the Internet business; 2014-now:the commerce power stage of development of the Internet business. In relation to the logic according to four key factors extracted, we combined with Internet Plus Action and development of the Internet China to building model for enterprise, industry and national level. Helping to understand under the age of the Internet, Internet Plus action plan, so as to enhance the connotation of national competitiveness, better to learn more about how the information will influence and change China for the follow-up study to lay the foundation.Fourth, dissertation uses a large sample statistical research methods to test the company's how information technology effectively influence business performance, through the 2010-2015 listed companies 11892 sample data. We found that the Internet can effectively promote enterprise' economic value who has high level of information; at the same time, enterprise's level of information to effectively influence the per capita GDP growth in the region, the degree of improvement in areas of Internet infrastructure can promote this effect. So, we categorized comparative analysis, that the interaction of different sectors of enterprise information and the degree of development of the Internet is not the same, the overall analysis there is a positive impact, negative impact and no effect on the three cases.In addition, we analysis the enterprises of integration process with the Internet's evolution, the key factors and the influencing mechanism, by comparing case study. The Internet has changed an industry which must be from strategy, objectives or organizational structure, gradually extended to the industry, and finally the whole nation.
