The Relationship Between Internet+ Socerty And National Well-being

Since Chinese government launched the Internet+ action plan in 2015, our country has entered the internet+ society. In this context,research the methods to calculate the development of informatization has the time significance. In addition, the economic development is no longer considered the only standard for national progress, the Chinese government in recent years has turned to emphasize more the growth quality than the speed. National well-being and the level of people's livelihood are increasingly becoming the focus of attention, and should be the aim of all the national development strategies. So whether the development of Internet+ society will bring to the national well-being improving effect, or on the contrary, this paper will innovatively research on the relationship between the two concepts.In this paper, by changing the weighting methods informatization level index, get the Internet+ social informatization index from 2010 to 2015 of China's 31 provinces and autonomous regions. Then created a system of national well-being level index and verify its feasibility by reliability analysis and structural equation model and so on. And after calculating the national well-being level index, this paper find the relationships between the two index by methods of correlation analysis,Granger causality test, and clustering.Through the above research, find that there is a strong positive correlation between the Internet+ society level index and national well-being level index, they can promote each other. And in the short lag period,informatization is the Granger reason of national well-being. In a longer lag period, national well-being is the Granger reason of informatization,which means that the development of ICT and internet technology, could be a powerful tool to enhance the national well-being, and vice versa.
