With the worldwide environmental crisis and the deteriorating relationship between energy supply and demand,whether developed or developing countries are faced with more serious energy and environmental problems.Power industry as an important support of modern society development,its production and consumption get the universal governments attention.Wind power is regarded as an emerging generation technology,with features of low-carbon and obtaining easily.Developing wind power has become an important measure for countries to improve electricity supply and demand structure,reduce the power industry emissions and curb greenhouse gas emissions.The Chinese government attaches great importance to the development of wind power,and takes various support policies and measures actively to promote wind power development.But wind power gradually evolved into many problems in investment planning and operational aspects in the last ten years,such as wind farm disorder investment planning and parallel in difficulties,wind abandoned and so on.Power reform No.9 in the importance and urgency analysis of the power system point out the first current problem which need to solve in the power sector is"lack of trading mechanisms,resource used efficiency is not high",mainly for wind abandoned,light abandoned,water abandoned,poor power transmission ability,lack of electricity and so on in the power system structure.One of the key contents of the power system reform is to solve the dilemma of new energy development and utilization of renewable energy,promoting new energy and renewable energy non-discrimination,barrier-free and fair accessing to the power grid.The means to solve the problem are to promote the power system market reform.This paper based on microeconomic theory,modern management science theory,system science theory and electrical systems theory and other disciplines basic theories,mainly using power market economic theory and optimization method,choosing wind farms as the main study object,from the basic problems with which wind power industry development are faced under the power system reform situation,study the aspects of wind farms investment planning,optimizing control,optimal scheduling,trading decisions,providing technical and supply the strategic support for the healthy development of wind power industry,promoting to realize the goals of energy efficiency and emission reduction.This paper mainly does the following research areas:First,It builds the multiple power coordinated planning model on the environment of electricity market,resolving the wind power market investment planning optimization problem and optimizes the wind farm investment planning through calculation analysis of power price,spare capacity,credibility and other factors which have influence on the wind farm investment planning.Second,A wind farm control no-model optimization method based on the wake effect proved.By analyzing and modelling the factors which have influence on the wind farm overall effectiveness,It improves the best axial induced factor optimization calculation with no-model controlling under complex wind conditions,enhancing the overall efficiency of the wind farm.Third,It proposes wind farms stochastic programming scheduling model based on improved optimal space genetic algorithm.From the wind power forecasting errors and stochastic programming model,it establishes the power systems scheduling model containing wind farms,and designs the improved optimal space genetic algorithm solving model through analyzing the structure characteristics and the optimal path of the model,Fourth,It establishes wind farm trading decision optimization model in the market environment.This part of the research content is firstly analyzing the forms of wind farm participating in market transactions,and then from the architecture of day-ahead market,analyzes possible costs and benefits of wind power participating in power market transaction,introducing the price factor to analyze wind farms' best power contract quantity under different situation,providing wind farm technical support on participating in power market transaction decision.Fifth,the coordination mechanism about the development of renewable energy and large number of renewable energy power integrated management is studied,aims at promoting the development and utilization of different types of complementary power supply,promotion of renewable energy power consumptive.
