The construction of large-scale wind farm can develop and utilize wind energy, and reduce the cost of wind farm construction and operation.Bayinbolige wind farm sites where the Zhengxiangbaiqi area belongs to the China division of wind energy wind resource rich region, The grid condition is good in Bayinbolige,and the wind power generation technology is more mature, the above conditions for the wind power plant construction to lay a solid foundation. Bayinbolige wind farm construction, in line with the national industrial policy, can promote the protection of the ecological environment, but also conducive to the adjustment of the local energy structure.This study reports from multiple dimensions to demonstrate the feasibility of the construction of Bayinbolige wind farm and puts forward relevant construction plan. Through the analysis of the local wind resources, meteorological data and engineering geological conditions, a preliminary engineering construction plan is proposed., and combined with the actual situation, completed the wind farm layout and planning, to determine the unit selection and provide alternative solutions to the two and electric network. In addition, the site area of geographical conditions and the natural environment, is conducive to wind farm construction and later maintenance. From the social benefits and contributions of view, wind power as a green energy project, can promote energy conservation, protect the ecological environment, and provide employment, driven by the economic development of the surrounding.
