The population is the main body of economic activities,it is not only the promoter of economic development, but also the enjoyment of the economic development results. Therefore, the relationship between population and economy has always been the focus of the research of population economics.Population agglomeration is formed by the large-scale population migration which causes the imbalance of the distribution of the population in our country, and it is the main feature of the population in our country. With the rapid development of information and transportation, population migration will become easier, and more people can seek better development through migration.Population agglomeration can bring rich human capital to the agglomeration area, and provide human security for the economic development of agglomeration area.At present,China is in the period of demographic dividend disappearing, population agglomeration undoubtedly brings a large number of labor force to the gathering area, delays the time of the disappearance of demographic dividend, and can also learn from existing experience when dealing with the aging of population. From a worldwide perspective, the level of urbanization in China is still relatively low,and the main destination of population migration is cities, therefore, population agglomeration plays an important role in the process of urbanization. The important feature of China's new normal economy is the continuous optimization and upgrading of industrial saving. The migration of rural labor force from agriculture to non-agricultural industries is of great significance for promoting the upgrading of regional industrial results. On the whole, the population agglomeration has an important influence on the regional economy. In our current economic development situation, the research on how to effectively improve the economic development level and speed of economic growth and reduce regional economic differences by the population policy, from the angle of population agglomeration effect on regional economy, the study area from the perspective of Chinese provincial population and economic relations, has important practical significance. The main contents of this paper are as follows: define the concept of population agglomeration, the population agglomeration theory and economic growth theory;discuss the system conditions of population agglomeration formation from two aspects of China's household registration system and the personnel policy, analysis of statistical indicators by using range, standard deviation and coefficient of variation in our country form the realistic foundation of population agglomeration;using four bitmap,Moran's I index analyzing the spatial distribution characteristics of Moran's population and economy, and its evolution process, the attraction center of China's population agglomeration is analyzed by the index of population migration selection,by comparing the spatial distribution characteristics of population and economy,we examine the consistency of the two spatial distribution; The regional economy is divided into the level of regional economic development and regional economic growth, with the population density as a measure of the degree of population concentration index, using the theory of endogenous economic growth, empirical analysis of the population agglomeration effect on China's regional economic development and regional economic growth, and analyzes the urbanization level, the effect of population age structure on the regional economy the important conclusion;on the basis of the conclusions and the current economic and demographic situation in China, this paper puts forward policy recommendations to strengthen the policy of attracting talents, rationally distribute population resources, continue to push forward the process of urbanization, and encourage employment of workers from agriculture to non-agricultural industries. This article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. This part mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection, the literature review of previous studies, the main contents and research methods,as well as the research framework and main innovations of the article. The second chapter is the definition and theoretical basis of the concept. The concept of this part of the population agglomeration, floating population, migrant workers and economic growth are defined;introduced the related theory of population agglomeration, including the center periphery theory Lewis two yuan of economic theory, population migration and labor market theory and the causes of population and economic interaction;reviews the relevant theories of economic growth, including macro economic growth theory and the mathematical model, the stage of economic development theory and agglomeration theory. The third chapter introduces the institutional and realistic basis of the population agglomeration in China. The system conditions are mainly analyzed from the household registration system and the talent policy. The household registration system will divide the history of the household registration system in China into three stages according to the reform and opening up and the new century.China's household registration system has experienced the reform and development of the strict household registration management period, after the reform and development of the household registration management gradually relaxed period and entering into the new century, the reform of the household registration system to speed up the time,on the whole, the population flow in the last century after 80 s as possible, with China's household registration system reform in the new century to develop in depth,I in the system the cost of the population is almost zero under the condition of China's population agglomeration trend will be more obvious. In terms of talent policy, every region has increased support for high-level talents in innovation and entrepreneurship, and has provided talent attraction policies in terms of credit, tax and field rent. The big cities such as Beijing and Shanghai carry out more active and open foreign talent introduction policies, and increase the attraction to the outstanding talents at home and abroad. On the whole, the developed areas will occupy a favorable position in the competition for talent competition,so as to further speed up the gathering of population to the developed areas. The practical basis is mainly from the perspective of regional economic differences, and the growth rate of GDP,GDP and average GDP in 2000,2005,2010 and 2015,it is found that there is a significant gap between China's regional economies. The eastern coastal area has a high degree of economic development, which has obvious advantages over the central and western regions in terms of total economic output and average GDP.In different years, the GDP growth ranking of Chinese provinces has changed greatly.Through plotting trend charts by statistics such as range, standard deviation, coefficient of variation and Gene coefficient,it is found that the regional economic gap in China is obvious and expanding. The process of regional economic development in China, there exist obvious regional disparities between provinces, the eastern developed areas remain in the total economic output and per capita economic output, economic development advantages, the level of regional economic development gap of China's floating population provides an important motive force of the economic agglomeration. The fourth chapter is the characteristics of the performance and spatial distribution of the population agglomeration in China.First, the spatial characteristics of population agglomeration in China are analyzed.According to the four bitmap,it is found that a characteristic of the population density in our country is that the east is high and the west is low.According to the overall situation Moran's I index, there is a significant positive correlation between population density and spatial distribution in China.,that is,the areas with high population density are relatively concentrated in space, the areas with low population density are relatively concentrated in space,China's population distribution shows strong spatial dependence.According to the local Moran's I index, this conclusion is confirmed again.Secondly,we study the direction of population centralization and calculate the scale of migration and scale of migration. We find that the centralization trend of population migration is especially obvious, that is,the migration of the population to the population is gathering in several central areas, the calculation of net immigration rate, net migration rate, further shows that in the process of our country migration, population distribution is highly concentrated, and mainly concentrated in the Pearl River Delta,Yangtze River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, calculate the population migration selection index, the provincial population of our country migration attraction center are all located in the eastern region, population move further to the east of our country agglomeration. Finally, the consistency of China's population and economic spatial agglomeration region is analyzed.Through the four bitmap, overall situation Moran's I index and local Moran's I index,we can find that the characteristics of China's economic spatial agglomeration are obvious, that is,the areas with high economic development are relatively concentrated in space, and the regions with low economic development level are relatively concentrated in space. On this basis,we compare the grouping of provinces according to the population concentration index and the provinces grouping according to the economic agglomeration indicators. We find that provinces with high population concentration and high economic development level are basically the same.According to the study of this chapter,it is concluded that the population agglomeration pattern and the economic agglomeration pattern of our country have a high consistency. The fifth chapter makes an empirical analysis of the impact of population agglomeration on regional economy. The first part of this chapter analyzes the mechanism of the impact of population agglomeration on regional economy, including the impact of population agglomeration on urbanization level, population age structure, human capital and industrial structure upgrading. The second part through the impact on regional economic agglomeration three group model empirical study population,a measure of regional economic indicators GDP and GDP growth rate per capita, measure the population agglomeration index as the population density, the other indexes including population urbanization rate, population dependency ratio, the stock of human capital and non-agricultural employment proportion,in addition, the model also the control variables including physical capital stock, the proportion of non-agricultural economy, fiscal decentralization, foreign direct investment, the total amount of import and export. The empirical results show that: the first is that the population agglomeration has a positive impact on the level of regional economic development in China, has a negative impact on regional economic growth in China, and the variation of population agglomeration has a positive effect on regional economic growth;the second is the level of urbanization, population age structure, human capital and the upgrading of the industrial structure are the population agglomeration effect way of regional economic development level, the level of urbanization and population the age structure of strong and weak influence of human capital and industrial structure upgrading;the three is that the population agglomeration has a positive impact on the economic development level of the eastern and western regions, but it has no significant impact on the central and western regions.the fourth is that the population cluster variable has a positive impact on the economic growth of the national and eastern regions;the fifth is urbanization level, the proportion of non-agricultural employment population and human capital have a positive impact on regional economic growth.,population dependency has a negative impact on regional economic growth. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and policy recommendations. This part summarizes the main conclusions, according to China's economic and demographic situation, puts forward policy recommendations for improving transportation and opening household registration policy and establishing effective talents policy, and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations from aspects of urbanization development and upgrading of industrial structure.
