A Study On Coordinate Development Between Population Urbanization And Land Urbanization In Hunan

In recent years, based on the "four modernizations or two types" strategic approach,urbanization rate of Hunan reached 47.96 percent in 2013. But there has also been a lot of social and economic problems. In this paper, build a comprehensive evaluation index system and model of population urbanization and urban land development, the use of sub-entropy measure of both time and space, Hunan Province Population and Urbanization degree of urbanization, land development, coordination, and the coordinated development of the status. In the evaluation of the analysis found that the development of Population Urbanization lags behind the development of land urbanization.The results show: During 2000-2012, the urban development of the land and population Urbanization showed an upward trend, the coordinated development of both improved continuously and showed stage, but the level of urbanization development of the land in 2004 began to exceed the level of population urbanization; population urbanization and land urbanization level regional differences within Hunan Province in 2012, the level of the coordinated development of the two from east to west showing a gradual downward trend in the geographical space of their economic development trends in the evolution of the basic overlap. The empirical results show that the main cause of population urbanization in Hunan land urbanization lags behind that: rising real estate sales prices, as well as dual system of industrial structure and employment structure imbalance in three aspects.
