| The role of the Internet in social and economic activities has become increasingly significant. The combination of modern information technology represented by the “Internet +” and traditional industries has become a key fulcrum for China’s economic transformation.Agriculture is an important traditional industry, the foundation of the national economy, and its development status is related to the increase of farmers’ income, social stability, and national economic security. However, the circulation mode of the original agricultural products in our country is high in cost and low in efficiency, and the “peasants are difficult to sell and the citizens buy expensive”.The widespread phenomenon has become an important bottleneck that hinders agricultural development.Facing this situation, combining the development trend of the times, using the “Internet+” to improve the circulation efficiency of agricultural products has become one of the focuses of current agricultural work.At this stage, the e-commerce is the most closely linked with the traditional industries in the Internet economy, and the combination of e-commerce and agriculture has created a new sub-industry-agricultural e-commerce.E-commerce is an inevitable trend of future business development. Some industry insiders predict: "In the future, there will be no longer a word for e-commerce because e-commerce is the business itself." This has been acknowledged by many people including the executives, and the speeches from the leaders of the central government to the policies of local governments can all be well documented. However, during this process, many local administrators failed to find an effective way to promote the development of e-commerce for agricultural products in the region, and spent a lot of manpower, material resources, and financial resources, but failed to achieve the desired results.A typical representative is that local governments violate the laws of industry development and build a number of regional e-commerce platforms. The result is less effective and has little effect.Under this circumstance, based on the perspective of regional industry, the research on the development mechanism of agricultural products e-commerce will not only expand the boundaries of academic research, but also help managers manage efficiently and promote the sustained and healthy development of the industry. In view of this, the author selected the “Study on China’s agricultural product e-commerce development mechanism based on spatial perspective” to carry out research work. The topics covered in the "Agricultural E-commerce Development Mechanism" are very broad in scope, including logistics, production, and consumer behavior. It is not a task that a single article can accomplish.Joining the “Space-based Perspective” prefix defines the scope of research while defining the scope. This article mainly discusses the development status of agricultural e-commerce in different regions of China, and what factors will promote or hinder the development of a certain region. Then explore how to make the regional industry grow healthily.Research directions such as logistics, production, and consumers will be covered in the text but will not be the subject of discussion. In terms of specific research ideas, the author will discuss issues from both internal and external causes.Internal factors are the influence of regional internal conditions on the development of e-commerce in agricultural products in the region, including economic, social, and natural conditions. They are reflected in Chapters 3 and 4;the analysis based on administrative divisions in Chapter 3 and the endowment based on regional resources in Chapter 4 The analysis of external factors is mainly related to the impact of other regions on the development of electronic commerce in agricultural products in the region, which is reflected in chapters 5 and 6.Chapter 5 examines the differences between regions and Chapter 6 examines regional differences.Relevance, the sixth chapter contains two parts: spillover effect and siphon effect.Based on the predecessors’ research, this article has carried on the improvement and innovation of the econometric model. It is also necessary to explain here that even if the prefix “based on spatial perspective” is added before the “Agricultural Electronic Commerce Development Mechanism”,the scope covered by the topic remains very broad. The author also has no ability to discuss all the mechanisms and principles of the development of regional agricultural electricity suppliers. However, the rise of China’s e-commerce industry did not last for nearly 20 years.Although there is a certain amount of academic accumulation but it is far from being rich, the e-commerce of agricultural products started late, was studied later, and there are not many existing literature achievements, but targeted regional agricultural products. The discussion of the subdivision direction of e-commerce is even more scarce, which leaves plenty of research space for the author.Although the article cannot study all related issues,it can be explored in several major directions.Even if the research in a single direction cannot exhaust all problems,as long as the direction of research is more comprehensive,it will eventually be able to meet the title of the article. The main content of this article is as follows.First, the background and research significance of the topic.Firstly,it introduces the development background of e-commerce,agricultural product circulation, agricultural electricity e-commerce and regional industrial economy. It also describes the main contents, research objectives, theoretical significance and practical significance of this study, introduces the technical route, and lists the main innovation points and research framework. And explained the research method.Second, related theoretical foundations. The related research of agricultural products e-commerce started late, and the number of academic papers is limited.Authors must review the related results of e-commerce in order to consolidate the theoretical basis of the article, and then summarize the research results of e-commerce in this sub-market;The main research topic of this paper should be attributed to the regional industrial economy. Therefore, the author needs to review the regional industrial agglomeration and division of labor. The sixth chapter is to study the correlation between the regions of the industry. There are two main types of correlation: spillovers.Effect and heterogeneity,we must sort out the literature here.Third, the research on the development of agricultural product e-commerce based on administrative divisions. The distribution of regional industries and influencing factors are the basis for the study of development mechanisms.First, these two issues are analyzed based on the city scale;then the DEA model is used to measure the provincial level of input-output efficiency, and the efficiency index is not 1 The provinces conducted discussions and research and then proposed corresponding development proposals. Finally, based on a large regional scale, the three dimensions of the industrial development were analyzed: quantity, quality, and efficiency. The research results show that there is a spatial agglomeration of agricultural electricity supplier industry, weaker east and west, weaker south strong north, and well-developed southwest;compared with cultivated land, the products of mountain forest land are more suitable for the online market;talents, industrial bases, and logistics for regional agricultural products The development of e-commerce has a significant impact.Although the foundation of industry is in rural areas, the key to development is in cities.Fourth, based on the resource endowment scale, the research of regional agricultural electricity supplier development.Among the spatial and geographical perspectives, apart from the administrative divisions, there is a division of natural geography. This article examines the e-commerce of agricultural products and is greatly influenced by the conditions of resource endowment. Therefore, this perspective is very necessary.According to the source of agricultural products, the author divided the area into five types: mountain forest area, animal husbandry area, aquaculture area, farming area, and social resource-intensive area.Due to the large differences in statistical data, this part cannot be used for quantitative studies. The author first screened out each Several representative provinces or cities in the topographical region conduct subdivisional studies on these regional units. As a result,it has been found that most of the regions can make good use of their own comparative advantages, occupy corresponding market shares, have a relatively economically developed region, have a higher degree of product processing, ensure the standardization of products, and further carry out brand management.Because of the lack of processing industry in pastoral areas, the market for meat products is largely occupied by eastern operators. The e-commerce development status of Northeast China’s forest land is less than that of southeast and southwestern forests. There is a serious inter-regional homogenization competition among aquatic products e-commerce.Cross-border agricultural electricity suppliers mainly focus on first-tier cities such as Shenzhen and Shanghai.Different properties of different properties, the business model that can adapt to it will also be very different, the author carried out a certain degree of extension research on this, the agricultural products are divided into four categories: high processing high net value(tea, herbs, etc.),high Processing low net worth(rice, flour, oil, etc.),low processing low net worth(vegetables, fruits, etc.),low processing high net worth(seafood, beef, mutton, etc.),found that existing e-commerce agricultural products are mainly high-processing,high-net-worth product.Local e-commerce companies represented by the “Tmall Supermarket” have not yet fully developed. This type of e-commerce business model is the basic condition for the online operation of other types of agricultural products, and it is also an opportunity for the development of commercialization of electric products in pastoral areas, aquatic production areas and farming areas in the northwest..Fifth,the comparative analysis of regional industry development.Regional comparison studies can take many forms, such as the comparison between Northeast China and North China, the comparison between North China and Northwest China, the comparison between the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, and the comparison between the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan and the Yangtze River Delta. This article cannot deal with these directions one by one.The author chose two important contrast groups to conduct research. They are East and West and North and South respectively. The contrast between the two groups is strong and their practical significance is greater. In terms of contrasting content, this chapter continues the research results of the third chapter and compares the influencing factors with the indicators. The comparison of indicators includes quantity, quality, and efficiency.Although it found that although the industrial scale is stronger than the east, the western region is superior to the eastern region in the use of resources, and the limited resources are used in a relatively efficient manner. As long as the country increases the tilt of resource allocation,it can produce relatively good results. The problem in the western region is that the manufacturing industry related to agricultural products is still in a very preliminary stage of development. It does not rely on high income to attract talents, but instead depends on lower labor costs for price competition;the main problem in the east is the obvious Matthew. The effect, which is a natural phenomenon in the economic development process, can only be achieved through industrial transfer to achieve rebalancing of the industry. The South is superior to the North in many aspects, including physical and geographical conditions. The lack of logistics, manufacturing, and IT practitioners in the North is an important breakthrough in development. The North lags behind the South in terms of resource quantity, quality, and efficiency.Comprehensive comparison can find that the gap between the North and the South is greater than the difference between the East and the West, and the industrial development in the Northeast is relatively serious.Sixth, the relevance of agricultural product e-commerce development between regions. In addition to being affected by their own conditions, regional industrial development is also affected by the conditions of other regions. Here, two perspectives, the spillover effect and the siphon effect, are used to discuss the issue. The former studies the interaction between regions and the latter is between regions. The impediments, these two perspectives can reflect the inter-regional correlation issues more comprehensively.Due to the limited availability of data, the author can only take the influence of the central city on the surrounding cities as a representative and reflect the interrelated effects of the cities.Based on the existing research results, this paper constructs an econometric model that fits these two problems, and then analyzes the regression results of the model. It was found that there was an “overflow effect” and “siphon effect” at the same time in the development of regional industries. The siphon effect was more pronounced in the initial stage of industrial development. The performance of more than 70 percent of the central and western provinces was concentrated in provincial capital cities, and the spillover effect was later. It is even more obvious that the developed regions in the east have achieved "first-to-be-rich-to-rich" among the regions through industrial transfer.Although the non-central cities in the east are inferior to the local center cities, they are still relatively leading in the country.Seventh, the research on the subdivision of electricity suppliers in Northeast China.Due to space limitations, this article cannot be based on prefecture-level cities as a basic unit to conduct subdivision studies for each region. Here, the Northeast region is selected as a representative for discussion. There are two reasons for choosing the Northeast as the subject of research.First,China is undergoing a new normal in economic transition. The economic structure of the Northeast region relies too heavily on heavy industry. The transformation pressure is very high, and e-commerce is an important breakthrough.Second, the region The development level of e-commerce in agricultural products obviously lags behind the level of regional economic development and the amount of agricultural resources that are worth studying. The results show that, compared with e-commerce,the Matthew effect between agricultural products e-commerce regions is lighter, and its development contributes to the balance between regions;Northeast China,as an industrial backward region, has a bottleneck in the use of resources, and there are numerous social resources.Redundancy is also an important breakthrough in regional industry optimization. |
