The Research Of Regional Economic Coordinated Development Problems In Jiangsu Province From The View Of Space Production Theory

In the key period of the development for economic transformation,the problems of regional economic development become a hot spot once again.The traditional regional economic studies mainly from the aspects of location,resource conditions,etc,focusing on the development and expansion of regional resource endowment,which cannot show a breakthrough in the two-dimensional system of the area itself from the research form.Based on the original regional economic research,this paper provides a new theoretical framework-the space production theory of new Marxism,from urban space production to regional space production,which enriches studies of regional economic development to be better.The space production and regional economic development are closely linked.The space production can be divided into the production in space and the production of space itself with time advancing.The production in space is the material production in space.It is the premise of regional economic development.Earlier stage of the economic development is,the more needs of the production of material goods in this space as a basic safeguard are wanted;The production of space itself is to produce space itself.It is a process of recreation and expansion of the space scope,this expansion not only includes the expansion of the material space,but also the expansion of social relations,showing a combination of material and social.Capital and government are the two key factors of affecting the production of space.On the one hand,capital is the decisive power of regional space production.The regional space is the result of capital going in and making effects and the regional space expands in the process of capital circulation.On the other hand,the government is an important force for regional space production.With the capital gathering in the regional space,excess capital will face a trend of profit declining,which requires government to establish and improve the regional public service system,further expanding the space of capital production.The expanding of regional space production accelerates the flow of capital,in which time the regulation and guidance of government is needed.In this two-way role of capital and government,regional space production starts totally and the regional economy develops harmoniously.In addition,this paper introduces the combined factor of the capital and government,which reflects the coordination and cooperation among the elements.It is the essential link in space production,and it also has a both-way influence in the development of regional space production.This paper takes Jiangsu as an example,exploring the factors of capital,government and the combined factors by spatial econometric model.The results show that capital and government have a strong positive correlation with the development of regional economy in Jiangsu province,and they promote the rapid development to a certain extent.The combined factor of capital and government has a weak negative correlation with economic growth,which shows that the coordination of capital and government in Jiangsu province is still insufficient,so that the hinder economic growth trend appeared.Based on this,suggestions for the coordinated development of regional economy in Jiangsu are put forward.Distribute the direction of capital investment in reason and perfect the model of capital allocation.Improve the regional public service system and optimize the policy environment of regional factor flow.Properly promote the organic unity of the marketization and government regulation and push forward the regional economic integration.
