In recent years,with the rapid development of rural e-commerce,the promotion of agricultural products has been highly valued by the state and local governments.Many places have issued a series of supporting policies to promote the development of agricultural products into the fast lane.However,compared with the industrial products to the countryside,the current situation of the development of agricultural products is not ideal.Huaiyuan County in Anhui Province is a large traditional agricultural county in the north of Anhui Province.Through the method of questionnaire survey,this paper evaluates the actual situation of rural e-commerce development and the satisfaction of the masses of supporting policies,and then finds out the main problems that affect the upward trend of agricultural products.It is found that after years of support and development in Huaiyuan County,the rural e-commerce infrastructure has been basically improved,especially the popularity of the Internet,the coverage of rural e-commerce outlets,the scope of logistics and express delivery and distribution efficiency have been greatly improved,the construction of e-commerce public service system and the cultivation of agricultural e-commerce enterprises have achieved good results,but in promoting the upstream of agricultural products There are still some structural problems,especially in the deep processing of agricultural products,warehousing and logistics,brand marketing,capital and talent development.Therefore,this paper puts forward the idea of promoting the integration of agricultural products upward development.It mainly includes: optimizing the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure,speeding up the development of intensive processing industry of agricultural products,actively developing agricultural products suitable for online marketing;promoting the construction,expansion and upgrading of agricultural products storage and logistics system,ensuring the long-term and stable supply of online channels;continuously strengthening brand cultivation,building the brand influence of the county;improving the financing and incentive policies of e-commerce industry,and supporting enterprises to expand development regulations Model;optimize the county talent policy,and create a highland for regional e-commerce talent concentration and industrial agglomeration.
