How do employees keep up with such changes at any time when facing a more mobile and changing job market now?The "Vocational Training Participation" is obviously an important issue,as the aim of vocational training is to make employees employable or to increase their productivity at work after employment.The overall labor productivity in Taiwan is being influenced by global competition,scientific and technological innovation,the development of the knowledge industry,organization changes and changes in work patterns.Under the circumstances,on the one hand,there is a need for lifelong and continuous training so as to create economic growth and new jobs opportunities;on the other hand,the formulation of positive labor market development policies shall be promoted and vocational training measures are used to reduce negative impacts brought by global competition.Therefore,the study topic of learners participating in vocational training is discussed from the perspective of social trends.This study mainly discusses the relationship between self-effectiveness and learning effectiveness and whether they will be affected by mediating effect of social support.Based on the results of literature analysis,this study proposes a research framework chart for studying self-effectiveness,social support and learning effectiveness and establishes the theoretical model of this study.A total of 1,500 questionnaires were sent out by questionnaire method and SEM analysis was carried out with AMOS system.The valid 1307 questionnaire were collected with the effective recovery rate of 87.13%.The results of this study show that:1.Self-effectiveness has a positive and significant influence on social support;As the learners themselves have a higher awareness of self-efficacy,they must learn to improve their professional training and ability through participation in learning.Therefore,during the process of vocational training,there is a positive influence of social support.2.Social support has a positive and significant influence on learning effectiveness;Adult learners who work and study together must always be supported by emotions and tools such as companies and family members,as well as information provided by the training unit.This will enable them to feel comfortable in training and have positive learning.3.Self-effectiveness has a positive and significant influence on learning effectiveness;Participation in vocational training can learn the professional knowledge and professional skills required in the workplace.The positive results obtained can contribute to the learning effectiveness.4.Social support has mediating effect on both self-effectiveness and learning effectiveness.learners who have social support can bring higher self-efficacy under the stressful environment of work and study,which leads to improvement of learning effectiveness.The results show that social support shall be emphasized.Self-effectiveness shall be improved to enhance learning effectiveness and emotional support,and thus improve self-effectiveness and stimulate learning effectiveness.The specific practices are:expanding social network and building good interpersonal relationship to improve self-effectiveness;seeking tool support and information support to improve learning effectiveness of learner participating in vocational training;making vocational training participants bravely face learning difficulties,and positively keep improvement without interruption and continuously participate in learning activities;enhancing knowledge and ability to strengthen learning effectiveness.Positive learning mechanism that stimulates vocational training learner to learn shall be built.The practices are:making vocational training learners maintain a high degree of self-effectiveness through learning on class and interaction;letting training institutions encourage vocational training learners to learn and reward them should they perform excellently.By doing so,they will set examples so as to promote learning self-effectiveness and improve learning effectiveness.At the same time,class location and time are flexibly designed,and information and resources from social support are positively provided.The future management research has two implications:social support is an important and key research topic for vocational training participants who participate in learning;self-effectiveness and learning effectiveness of vocational training participant are an important issue in adult learning.
