The market environment changes more rapidly now.Faced with the increasingly fierce competition and the rising demand of internal staffs,most entrepreneurs choose to create a learning enterprise to adapt to the changing pattern by enhancing staffs’learning and innovating capability. Managers in learning enterprises will provide a lot of learning and growth opportunities to the staffs,it can help the staffs continue to enhance their ability of learning and innovating, then help them meet their own spiritual needs by constantly improve themselves.Because enterprise training is an effective mean to improve quality of staffs,it becomes the key to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, after investing much to the enterprise training,the training evaluation system can not follow up now. Enterprises are faced with inadequate training evaluation system,evaluation index pertinence and other issues. It makes the evaluation unable to provide specific advice to the training,not to mention to provide meaningful information to other management decisions.Therefore, the design of targeted evaluation index system and scientific evaluation model is a necessary part of what the learning enterprises should pay more attention to.This paper selects the learning enterprises as the research object and specifically elects a series of training evaluation indicators in connection with the features of the training in the learning enterprises,.And improve the index system on the base of the data obtained from the survey by factor analysis,make a three-level index system. Then use the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of each indicator, and use the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to establish a complete training evaluation model for the learning enterprises.In the empirical part of the article, combined with a specific training of Dongyue Group which is a learning enterprise in shandong province, by taking a questionnaire survey to collect data, we analyze the result of the survey, point out the problems of this training, and propose targeted solutions according the actual situation of the enteprise and this specific training projects,then hope to provide some constructive suggestions to the training and other managements of Dongyue Group in the future.Hope to contribute to the development of training effectiveness evaluation theory and improve the current situation of training of learning enterprises in China.
