Since the theory of learning organization has been put forward by Peter Senge, it has set off the upsurge of the research of foreign scholars, and all kinds of practical activities are in full swing. With the deepening of the theory research, scholars began to starting from the cultural perspective, advocated by culture construction to realize the construction of learning type organization, so learning the concept of culture caused people's attention. As a unique type of culture, learning culture has a profound impact on all levels of the organization.Team as a modern enterprise in the common unit of work, bear the enormity of the task, plays an irreplaceable role, and gradually become the core resource of the enterprise, therefore increasingly managers and research attention. Within the team, because the team member heterogeneity exists objectively, their understanding of many issues must exist a lot of differences, and even lead to friction, jealousy, emotional confrontation conflict is widespread. How to be independent of the existence of the three variables between the relevant relationship has become an important task of this study.This study focuses on the study of culture, team conflict, team effectiveness of the empirical research. Firstly, through to a number of studies on literature review, clear the intension and extension of related theory, based on identified to measure the research variables scale, compile the corresponding questionnaire; secondly, on the basis of literature review, the paper constructed a research of the theoretical model and research hypothesis is put forward. And the questionnaire were first test; finally, using statistical software, and carried out an empirical study on the relationship between the three variables and their dimensions, the hypothesis was verified, the theoretical model is modified and puts forward the measures to enhance team effectiveness.This study mainly obtains the following conclusions: first, the study of culture and each dimension, the team cognitive conflict and team efficiency has the significant positive correlation, the team emotional conflict and team performance has significant negative correlation, team conflict type culture on team effectiveness influence process plays a mediating role in learning; second, empirical research based on the constructed based on the learning culture of the team to enhance the effectiveness of the model, and from the cultural construction, conflict management, team building three aspects are to enhance the team effectiveness in specific ways.
