Although our country has been an insurance giant from the view of the overall amount,but we are still an insrurance dwarf from the view of insurance density and insurance penetration.The information asymmetry,poor transparency,bloated organizational structure,high channel costs,and difficult fraud risk management etc.have become the bottle neck of the development of insurance,and also put forward higher demands for the insurance information system.As the representative of Insurtech,blockchain has the characteristics of decentralization,trustworthiness and transparency over the whole network.Conforming to this trend,this dissertation take a deep research of the architecture and underlying key technologies of the insurance information system based on blockchain.The insurance information system based on blockchain is a new stage of the traditional insurance information system in the Insurtech era.With blockchain technology,a distributed ledger can be realized and the identity,credit management and other basic services can be created,furthermore,the business process will be reengineered from request analysis,product design,underwriting pricing,policy management,to claim services etc.The similar characteristics between blockchain technology and insurance industry,such as sociality,uniqueness,timeliness and security,present a new thought to solve the pain points of different types of insurance institutions.By referring the technical architecture and design concept of the typical platform of block chain,analyzing the development trend of the block chain technology,from the insurance information system realities and requests,this dissertation studies the general thought of the application of theblock chain technology in the insurance industry,designs the overall structure of insurance information system based on the block chain(B2IEIS),focuses on breaking through the key technologies,seeking for the appropriate block chain technology applications,optimizing the existing business processes,in-depth designing the application functions;and forms innovative applications practice based on blockchain.The main work of the dissertation includes:(1)Summarizing the basic concept and development status of block chain technology,studying the representative blockchain platform,core technology and typical application,analyzing the general problems of insurance industry information system,putting forward the request for blockchain from the development of insurance information system,and the research objectives,research content and technical route of B2IEIS.(2)Through the in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the financial information system,putting forward the general thought of applying block chain technology in insurance industry.(3)Proposing a design process of financial information system based on block chain,evaluating the design elements from the aspects of trust de-centralization,storage and computing resources,and the configuration of block chains,and providing the blockchain platform selection decision method based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.(4)Based on the common architecture model and architecture planning method,designing the guidance frame of the insurance industry information system.Based on the existing architecture of the insurance industry,putting forward the new architecture of B2IEIS,which including the application architecture,the technical architecture and the data architecture;proposing an improved design of the inter-systems architecture of insurance industry based on block chain.(5)Proposing a business process presentation and analysis method based on matrix analysis and process algebra,and the business process evaluation method based on comprehensive benefit.Using this method describes the existing insurance claim process and the insurance claim process based on the block chain technology,and evaluating the optimization effect.(6)Studying the key technologies involved in the insurance industry information system based on blockchain.?Based on the security and scalable design goals,a tree format block chain architecture S2HBF are introduced,which contains the incentive layer,MapReduce computing framework,pluggable consensus and status bitmap structure.?By analyzing the characteristics and performance characteristics of Byzantine fault tolerance and Proof of Work consensus mechanism,the optimization mechanism of consensus mechanism is analyzed and the enhanced pluggable design method of consensus mechanism is put forward.? Based on the attack tree analysis and SQUARE method,the security requirements can be guided,classified and prioritized,and the types of 24 kinds of attacks that may be suffered in the application process of the block industry in the insurance industry are introduced,and 18 kinds of system security requirements and corresponding solutions are given.? Based on the analysis of the existing reputation system model,the calculation method of the node reputation in the permitted chain is introduced,and the recognition and isolation method of the malicious node in the PBFT environment is given.(7)Putting forward the data sharing blockchain platform and building the simulation enviorment,proposing the design of the simplified underwriting and reconciliation process for CRECI(CHINA RAILWAY Express Cargo Insurance)and the automatic claim process for RPCI(Railway Passenger Casualty Insurance),and verifying the optimization effect.
