Since China has taken sustainable development strategy as a national basic strategy,the relationship between energy conservation-emission reduction and economic growth has been the focus of social attention.Under the background of air pollution control at present stage of China,this thesis analyzed strategies of enterprises from the aspect of technology,and the interactive strategies between government and enterprises from the aspect of policy implementation.And try to construct a stable low-carbon technology innovative supply chain from a long term,in order to effectively integrate resources and support low-carbon technology innovation,and support the development of low-carbon economy.Reviewing the existing research,studies on industrial waste gas emission mainly lies in a single operation process or an area of industrial emissions,the reciprocal effect from the up-middle-low side of supply chain on industrial waste gas emission is ignored.Many studies on technology innovation mainly focus on the types of innovation,the role of suppliers and customers in innovation,the causality of strategy-structure from organizational aspect,and the influence of uncertainty on innovation speed.However,carbon emission reduction is a complex problem with multiple stakeholders,from the enterprise level,whether there is a state of technology innovation between enterprises,where no one involved in carbon emission reduction would like to change its current technology innovation decision,and this is the most optimal condition of supply chain system.Compared with existing studies,this thesis construct supply chain from different portfolios of technology innovations,and explored the equilibrium strategies of technology innovation in a three echelon supply chain,and introduced the concept of perception effect of technology innovation in solving equilibrium.From the perspective of the government,the attitude of the government to environment will affect the behavior of enterprises.The interaction game between government supervision and enterprise speculation is an interesting problem.The existing researches on environmental protection mainly focused on analyzing whether environmental protection policies and regulations could play a positive role in environmental protection,the application of policy tools,and the policy mechanism of environmental protection.There is very few literature studied the interactions between government and business on environmental protection.This thesis combined the environmental policies and regulations with enterprise behaviors,and explored to what extent government's policies and regulations can effectively eliminate the enterprise's carbon emission speculation.In the low carbon supply chain management,in addition to pay attention to the upstream suppliers with raw materials,equipment,etc.reaches international environmental certification,but also needs to make strategy evaluation and behavior management of the entire supply chain.Strategies selection of enterprises in a three-echelon supply chain is more comprehensive than the traditional two-stage supply chain.At present,the study of enterprise energy conservation and emissions reduction problem most from the following aspects:the perspective of production operations,supply chain network design,the perspective of carbon emissions curbs,consumer behavioral science,however,considering the problem of continuous carbon emissions,it is more practical significance if employed the method of differential games.Study on the emission reduction system of supply chain under the background of low carbon economy is quite a complex system.Not only to ensure the reduction of carbon emission,but also ensure the smooth operation of all stakeholders.The stakeholders involved in this thesis include:government,energy conservation service enterprises,raw material suppliers,production enterprises and product marketing enterprises.This thesis finds the equilibrium of technological innovation of the supply chain in the face of three kinds of portfolios of low carbon technology innovation products,as well as the mixed strategy Nash equilibrium of enterprises and government under the carbon emissions regulations,through using the econometric model to analyze China's industrial waste gas emissions and governance effect,using the game theory to analyze different echelon of enterprise.The dynamic strategy of supply chain under carbon emission reduction policy is studied by means of differential games.The main research content and innovation points of the thesis are summarized as follows:Through analyzing the impact of economic development,energy consumption and pollution abatement on China's industrial waste gas emission,analyzing the problem of atmospheric pollution control at present stage in our country,to provide government with the appropriate environmental policies,and provide evidence for enterprises to take the path of technological innovation rather than traditional high energy consumption pattern.Through exploring the equilibrium of three-echelon supply chain in low carbon technology innovation,take the research of the optimal strategies of enterprises at all echelons of the supply chain from the perspective of technology.For manufacturers,how to choose the type of low-carbon innovative technology according to the downstream consumer market and upstream suppliers is crucial to achieve carbon emission reduction.For upstream suppliers,to provide what kind of low carbon technology innovation type of raw materials according to the downstream manufacturers and consumer markets is the important supplement to the study of low carbon supply chain.Through the analysis of the game relationship between government and enterprises on carbon emission reduction,from the perspective of enterprise benefit maximization-the government's satisfaction,to build a game model including all stakeholders on the supply chain on carbon emission reduction,to solve the mixed strategy Nash equilibrium,which provide theoretical basis for the enterprise to carry out low carbon technology innovation,for government to supervise low carbon economy.Under the environmental protection regulations,it is a very significant problem to realize the maximum carbon emission reduction while the upstream and downstream of the supply chain realize the maximization of its own benefits.Maintain long-term and stable relationship between partners is what the enterprise needs to pursue,so it is of practical significance to looking for the optimal strategy from a long-term cooperation between enterprises in multi-periods to study the supply chain emission reduction problem.
