| Agricultural standardization is to improve the technical operability and the standardization of production process,and promote the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements into productive forces on the basis of formulating the technological process and measurement standard involved in the whole process of implementing agricultural production.Accelerating the implementation process of agricultural standardization is not only conducive to protect the food safety,change the mode of agricultural development,promote the rural economic development,but also enhances China's agricultural competitiveness,and then obtains the best economic,social and ecological benefits.Heilongjiang Province is one of the grain provinces in China and also one of the provinces in the more standardized implementation of agricultural standardization in China.After a long period of exploration and innovation,Heilongjiang Province has realized the development of modern agriculture and the improvement of the quality and safety of agricultural products.However,at present,the achievements in Heilongjiang Province still have a certain distance from the quality products in the international market,the needs for agricultural products quality assurance in domestic society and the goal of modern agriculture.And the weak foundation of standardization is still needed to be addressed.Farmers,cooperatives and enterprises as the main carriers of the implementation of agricultural standardization,this paper studies the factors of production behaviors in the implementation of agricultural standardization through the three main subjects of Heilongjiang Province,which not only enriches the theoretical research results of agricultural standardization,but also provides advisory basis for the policy recommendations of the government to ensure the implementation of agricultural standardization.In this study,Heilongjiang Province is chosen as the research object.Based on the review of domestic and international agricultural standardization research and practice,and combined with theoretical basis,the following problems are studied in detail:(1)The development course,current situation and existing problems of agricultural standardization in Heilongjiang Province;(2)The main participants in the agricultural standardization:governments,enterprises,cooperatives and farmers,and the internal links among the three and their respective implementation mechanism;(3)An empirical study on the factors influencing the behavior of agricultural standardization in the three main subjects of farmers,cooperatives and enterprises in Heilongjiang Province:the data is collected from the questionnaire,the hypothesis of behavior influencing factors is put forward,the Logistic regression model is constructed and the results are analyzed.(4)On the basis of the conclusion,the countermeasures to ensure the implementation of agricultural standardization in Heilongjiang Province are put forward.The core of this study is the analysis of the factors of behavior that influence the agricultural standardization of farmers,cooperatives and enterprises these three subjects in Heilongjiang Province.The results of the research on the standardization of farmers show:(1)The proportion of farmers' agricultural income to the total household income is a significant positive effect on farmers' standardized agricultural production at the level of 5%,indicating that farmers without other sources of income are more likely to implement standardized agricultural production than those with other sources of income.(2)The coefficient of recognition of harm degree of agricultural inputs in the model results is 0.435 and it is significant at the level of 5%,which indicates that the farmers who know more about the harm degree of the agricultural inputs have the more will on the implementation of agricultural standardization of production.(4)The coefficient that whether or not to join the agricultural production organization in the model of the regression is 2.854and it is significant at the level of 1%.which indicates that whether or not to join the production organization has the most significant impact on whether the farmers have standardized production.(5)The regression coefficient of agricultural products to achieve better quality and price is 1.841and it is significant at the level of 5%,which indicates that the realization of high quality and high price products in the market will significantly affect the implementation of agri cultural standardization of farmers.(6)The regression coefficient of government support is 2.265 and it is significant at the level of 5%,which indicates that the support of government policy has a positive effect on the implementation of agricultural standardization of farmers.The results of the research on the standardization of cooperatives show:(1)The regression coefficient of the academic degree of the responsible person is 2.243 and it is significant at the level of 5%,which indicates that the academic degree of the responsible person will have a significant influence on the implementation of agricultural standardization of cooperatives.(2)The regression coefficient of self-brand grade is 1.891 and it is significant at the level of 5%,which indicates that cooperatives with own brand have better performance in agricultural standardization.(3)The regression coefficient that whether or not the product has certified is 2.038and it is significant at the level of 5%,which indicates that cooperatives with quality certifications are in a better position to implement the agricultural standardization.(4)The regression coefficient of the base level is 1.420and it is significant at the level of 1%?which indicates that the management of the base has a significant impact on the implementation of agricultural standardization of cooperatives.(5)The regression coefficient of cooperatives to achieve products with higher prices and better quality is 1.555 and it is significant at the level of 5%?which indicates that the realization of high-quality and high-priced products in the market will significantly affect the implementation of agricultural standardization of cooperatives.(6)The regression coefficient of cooperative training input is 1.517 and it is significant at the level of 5%,which indicates that the cooperative training investment has significant influence on the implementation of agricultural standardization of cooperatives.(7)The regression coefficient of government policy support is 2.434,which is the maximum value of the regression coefficient of each variable in the model and it is significant at the level of 1%.This shows that government policy support has a very significant impact on the implementation of agricultural standardization of cooperatives.The results of the research on the standardization of enterprises show:(1)The regression coefficient of the nature of the enterprise is 1.185 and it is significant at the level of 1%,which shows that the nature of the enterprise has significant effect on the implementation of agricultural standardization of enterprises.(2)The regression coefficient of the product brand level is 1.425 and it is significant at the level of 5%,which indicates that the enterprise with own brand has better performance in the implementation of agricultural standardization of enterprises.(3)The regression coefficient of the base level is 1.841 and it is significant at the level of 5%,which indicates that the management of the base has a significant impact on the implementation of agricultural standardization of enterprises.(4)The regression coefficient of enterprises to achieve products with higher prices and better quality is 1.892 and it is significant at the level of 5%,which indicates that the realization of high-quality and high-priced products in the market will significantly affect the implementation of agricultural standardization of enterprises.(5)The regression coefficient of enterprise training input is 1.415 and it is significant at the level of 5%,which indicates that the enterprises' training investment has significant influence on the implementation of agricultural standardization of enterprises.(6)The regression coefficient of government policy support is 2.145,which is the maximum of the regression coefficient of each variable in the model and it is significant at the level of 1%.This shows that government policy support has a significant impact on the implementation of the agricultural standardization of enterprises.As the development of the agricultural standardization in Heilongjiang Province influenced by the multiple factors and in order to optimize agricultural standardization and ensure the implementation of agricultural standardization in Heilongjiang Province,the following countermeasures are put forward:(1)To promote the agricultural standardization consciousness;(2)To make the development planning of agricultural standards;(3)To strengthen agricultural standardization input;(4)To improve the supervision and management system of agricultural standardization:(5)To strengthen the promotion and implementation of agricultural standardization;(6)To optimize the standardization of agricultural product channel;(7)To provide and improve the standardization of agricultural
