Research On The Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Products Export From Heilongjiang Province To Russia

In 2019,against the backdrop of slowing global economic growth and changing trade policies,China's economy grew steadily,and Russia's economy grew by 1.3%.Sino-russian economic and trade has entered a new era of mutual benefit and trade.Heilongjiang province,relying on its superior geographical position and natural conditions,actively carries out trade with Russia,and exports agricultural products to Russia through the border of thousands of kilometers,promoting the development of Heilongjiang province-russia business cooperation.It is an important place for Sino-russian economic and trade development.In the new international environment of "the Belt and Road" and "Eurasian Economic Union",and the domestic environment of striving to do a good job in "three rural" to secure a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,this paper studied the factors affecting Heilongjiang province's agricultural product export trade with Russia,and analyzed the weight of various factors by using the model.Therefore,targeted development measures should be taken to tap the potential of Heilongjiang's agricultural products export,so as to promote the sustained growth of Heilongjiang's agricultural products export to Russia,and realize the development of Sino-russian agricultural products trade cooperation.This paper takes the export trade of agricultural products from Heilongjiang province to Russia as the research object.Based on existing research and relevant international trade theories,the following analysis is carried out.First of all,it analyzes the current situation of agricultural product trade exported to Russia from Heilongjiang province,specifically in term of the agricultural product export trade development scale,export trade mode,export commodity structure and export port city.Secondly,according to the domestic and Heilongjiang province's advantages and disadvantages of political and economic conditions,Russia's economic characteristics and political environment changes and the external international market environment three aspects to explain the impact of Heilongjiang province's agricultural trade development with Russia.Thirdly,it uses multiple linear regression analysis model to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of Heilongjiang province's agricultural products export trade to Russia.Paper analyzes the influence proportion of promoting and inhibiting agricultural products export trade from Heilongjiang province to Russia,and analyzes the trade potential of Heilongjiang province's agricultural export trade to Russia on the basis of scientific data,which should be further developed.In the end,on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis,countermeasures and suggestions are come up with to promote the development of Heilongjiang province's export of agricultural products to Russia.For example,the agricultural products trade information service platform to Russia should be built,the export trade policy to Russia should be improved,the construction of agricultural products export processing base should be accelerated,the added value of agricultural products should be increased,trade barriers to Russia should be actively addressed and the international competitiveness of export products should be improved.With the joint efforts of the government,trade associations and enterprises,the quality and quantity of agricultural products export from Heilongjiang province to Russia will make a huge leap,realizing the promotion of Heilongjiang province's international competitiveness of agricultural products and the healthy and orderly development of trade with Russia.
