The Research Of The Symbiosis Evolution And Promotion Strategy Of Enterprise Innovation Ecosystem

Since 2014,when China firstly put forward the double-innovation strategy of"Mass entrepreneurship and innovation",a new wave of innovation and entrepreneurial upsurge has been set off across the country.As one of the twin engines in the process of China's economic transformation,innovation has become a national strategy that has inspired the innovation vitality and enthusiasm of the whole society.In order to effectively stimulate innovation,we need to further strengthen the construction of national innovation ecosystem.The enterprise innovation ecosystem which is dominated by the core enterprise is an important part of the national innovation ecosystem construction.The construction of innovation ecosystem led by core enterprises is the key to realize the circulation of social innovation resources and the improvement of innovation efficiency.But the reality shows the result of the construction of the enterprise innovation ecosystem does not being build in a day and needs cooperation.The research found that there are three main practical problems:firstly,the core enterprises are ambiguous about the structure and characteristics of the enterprise innovation ecosystem;secondly,the core enterprises are not clear about how to construct the enterprise innovation ecosystem.;thirdly,the problem of the optimal allocation of resources or the low efficiency of cooperation in the process of collaborative innovation,that is,the selection of symbiotic evolution strategies between core enterprises and innovation participants.Most of the existing literature is aimed at regional,national or industrial enterprises' innovation ecosystem.There is little research on the operating mechanism and evolution mechanism of the enterprise innovation ecosystem led by core enterprises.At present,the research of innovation ecosystem led by core enterprises lags behind the enterprise innovation practice.There is still much space for the research on the intrinsic mechanism of the innovation ecosystem led by core enterprises.How to construct the core enterprise innovation ecosystem,how to improve the symbiotic evolution efficiency of the enterprise innovation ecosystem and how to promote the orderly evolution of the enterprise innovation ecosystem are all important subjects that needs to be solved effectively.Under this background,this thesis based on Innovation system theory,evolutionary economic theory,self-organization theory,complex adaptive system theory,takes the enterprise innovation ecosystem as the research object,and develops research on the formation,operation and evolution mechanism of enterprise innovation ecosystem.The main research work and innovative achievements are as follows:1)Enterprise innovation ecosystem and its symbiotic structure.The similarities and differences between the innovation system and the innovation ecosystem are analyzed,and the connotation of the innovation ecosystem is defined.The concept and classification of enterprise innovation ecosystem are put forward after the research path of innovation ecosystem is divided.This thesis summarizes the characteristics of enterprise innovation ecosystem and analyzes its symbiotic structure.2)The symbiotic evolution process of enterprise innovation ecosystem.First of all,using the induction method to extract the symbiotic factors and the symbiotic media needed for the symbiotic evolution of enterprise innovation ecosystem;Then,the operation of symbiotic evolution of enterprise innovation ecosystem is deeply analyzed from three aspects:the operation elements,symbiosis model and evolution rule;Then using the life circle theory to analyze the characteristics of each stage in the symbiotic evolution of enterprise innovation ecosystem;Finally,three kinds of symbiotic evolutionary dynamics of enterprise innovation ecosystem are summarized.3)The symbiotic evolution mechanism of enterprise innovation ecosystem.Firstly,the cause of disorder in the symbiotic evolution of enterprise innovation ecosystem is analyzed from two angles of internal and external aspects;Secondly,the dissipative structure is in introduces and put forward the strategy of orderly symbiotic evolution of enterprise innovation ecosystem.Finally,the importance of the combination of disorder and order to the symbiotic evolution of enterprise innovation ecosystem is analyzed dialectivally.4)The choice of the symbiotic evolution strategy of enterprise innovation ecosystem.First,three symbiotic evolutionary dynamics and four strategies for promoting orderly symbiosis of enterprise innovation ecosystem are extracted.Then,based on the fuzzy Quality Function Deployment method,a selection system of enterprise innovation ecosystem promotion strategy was proposed which the symbiotic evolutionary dynamics and the strategies were regarded as customer requirements and technical attributes,respectively.The innovation points of this thesis are mainly reflected in three aspects:1)From the perspective of symbiotic evolution,this thesis analyzes the formation,operation and the life cycle of the enterprise innovation ecosystem.Three kinds of symbiotic evolutionary dynamics of enterprise innovation ecosystem are extracted,including:the competition and cooperation between enterprises has produced the driving force of symbiotic evolution,the collaboration of scientific research institutions has produced the stable force of symbiotic evolution and the support of government policy has generated the support thrust of symbiotic evolution.2)Based on the theory of dissipative structure and complex adaptive system,the enterprise innovation combined ecological system theory and symbiosis evolution theory,summarizes the enterprise innovation ecosystem from disorderly to orderly process,and put forward the enterprise innovation ecosystem orderly four strategies of symbiotic evolution,including:open strategy,improve the system of nonlinear hoisting system of the strategy,strategy of the disequilibrium of hoisting system and fluctuation of the hoisting system optimization,enrich the theoretical study of enterprise innovation ecosystem system.3)Qualitative analysis of the three kinds of symbiotic evolutionary dynamics and orderly symbiotic evolution of hoisting system of the four strategies,and then on the basis of the qualitative results,design the enterprise innovation ecosystem symbiotic evolution strategy selection system,puts forward the improved fuzzy QFD method of symbiotic evolution strategy for sorting.
