Different researchers have been working on the role of vocational guide in enhancing entrepreneurship.Many researchers have evaluated the role of vocational guide on entrepreneurship using simple linear regression analysis.This method of analysis only evaluates the direct relation between the dependent variable vocational guides on independent variable entrepreneurial intentions of the students.Therefore,these researches have not been evaluating other variables that do not contribute directly to the relationship between the dependent and independent variables.There is importance in deriving better method of evaluating the direct and indirect relationship between dependent,independent variables and the relation with other variables.The main aim of the study was to explore the need for establishment,promotion and projection of vocational training institution offering vocational counseling to the youth.The study also aims at explored the impact of perceived role of the vocational guide on entrepreneurial intentions among the students by paying particular heed on its association with the mediating and moderating role played by the vocational knowledge they obtain while seeking education under the supervision of qualified teachers and instructors in their technical educational institutions and establish the gap in the area of vocational counseling centers for the future of entrepreneurs at national and local scales,as absence of vocational counselling centers as well as lack of native professionals in different fields have created crisis of human resources in Saudi Arabia.The study had the following objectives;determine the perceived role of vocational guide leave long term impact on the students entrepreneurial intentions in professionals life,determine the role of college wide activities in shaping the minds and aptitude of the students for future career,determine the effect of offering vocational guide to the students in making decision with regards to choosing their future career,determine if the patterns of vocational guide being offered in the colleges of the KSA develop the minds or the students for selection of their career path or confine their choice of future career.The study also focused on investigating the effect of mediating variables and moderating variables between the independent variables entrepreneurial intentions and dependent variables vocational guide.The study developed the model of vocational knowledge-based entrepreneurial intentions which involved the mediating and moderating variables.The study used the cross-sectional survey design.A regression model was used for analysis.The present research has discussed four main perceived roles of vocational guide,which include system support,responsive services,individual planning,and college-wide activities.The study led to accepting the hypothesis that there was a significant relationship between influences of perceived vocational guide on the entrepreneurial intention among the students.The study also accepted the hypothesis that vocational knowledge mediates the relationship between perceived role of vocational guide and entrepreneurial intentions of trainees.The study also accepted the hypothesis that entrepreneurial self-efficacy moderates the relationship between vocational knowledge and entrepreneurial intentions of trainees.And finally,that study accepted the entrepreneurial self-efficacy moderates the relationship between the perceived role of vocational guide and entrepreneurial intentions of trainees.From the results,it was found the vocational guide influence the entrepreneurial intentions of the students and young people.The study also found out that the vocational knowledge provided a mediating role between the perceived role of vocational guide on entrepreneurial intentions.The results finally found out that the self-efficacy strongly provide a moderating role between the perceived role of vocational guide and entrepreneurial intentions.The study experiences the following limitations;there study was narrowed to just a small section of the students in the colleges and not actually those who passed through the college and attained the vocational skills,the study was also experience a limitation on obtaining a longitudinal data that would be used to study clearly the long-term effect of the vocational guide to the students in decision making on entrepreneurial intentions.The data obtained was also limited to making decisions on the entrepreneurial activities on the students in the future rather than entrepreneurial intentions.The current researches have contributed to find out that despite the vocational guide,there are other factors that contribute to entrepreneurial theories.The study also contributed to determine the relation between the entrepreneurial intentions and the vocational guide and other mediating and moderating variables.The study recommended that further research should be taken to obtain a longitudinal data that can be used to make decision on the influence of the vocational guide on entrepreneurial activities of the students after college.The study also recommends a research to be conducted on the entrepreneurial intentions of the students before they join colleges.The study suggested the following;vocational guide is an important subject to be taught at colleges,vocational knowledge should be administered at all level in colleges as this improves the entrepreneurial intentions of the students.Therefore,the study suggests that the students should be offered both vocational knowledge and vocational guide to better their entrepreneurial intentions.
